The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has accused Kenya of non-compliance. If Kenya' anti-doping agency fails to address irregularities, it risks repercussions, including losing financial backing from WADA.

00:22It comes after Kenya did not address requirements after an audit in May 2024.
00:30The agency risks losing all WADA privileges including financial backing and participation in agency programmes.
00:40Kenyan representatives, meanwhile, could be banned from holding posts on WADA boards or committees.
00:51The country may also become ineligible to host WADA-sanctioned events at regional, continental or world level.
00:58WADA has vowed to work with non-compliant organisations to tackle non-conformities.
