00:04We've got a fair bit of cloud that is running right across the coastline here, just extending inland.
00:09That doesn't bring wet weather, but we do have light showers near the coast.
00:13They should clear out during the afternoon and it turns very cold in Adelaide this evening,
00:17so watch out for that if you're heading to the footy.
00:19That's what we are doing now.
00:21So for today, high pressure is over Adelaide by the end of the day,
00:25so winds are much lighter and the wet weather disappears because as soon as that's out to our east,
00:30we move into northerly winds.
00:31So that's by the end of Friday.
00:33Look how much it really doesn't add up to anything today.
00:35Into Saturday, high pressure all the way out in through here to our east,
00:38so we're back into northerly winds.
00:41That's Saturday, pretty much all dry.
00:43Sunday, northwesterly winds, they're tighter, so there's a tighter pressure gradient.
00:47That means the winds do increase.
00:49By the end of Sunday, the next weather system is up to here, so we're not seeing it on Sunday.
00:53We do see it on Monday, the colder air up to here by the end of the day,
00:58so that is through Adelaide, through much of the coastline.
01:01We've got a band of showers that are coming in with that one.
01:04Cold air does linger back behind it, though.
01:06This isn't a very sharp cold system.
01:08That's Monday, then into Tuesday as that moves past.
01:12So Monday to Tuesday is when we see our next wet weather.
01:14By the end of Tuesday, high pressure is just back over to our west here,
01:17so the showers will continue through to the end of the day in the southeast.
01:20That's Tuesday by Wednesday.
01:23Next high pressure system well out to our east by the end of it,
01:26so we're back in a northerly airflow.
01:28Conditions rapidly dry up on Wednesday morning.
01:31And into Thursday, next weather system through here by the end of Thursday,
01:35but the wet weather isn't.
01:37That holds off in behind it.
01:39So the wind is going to change late on Thursday if you're in through here,
01:42but the wet weather doesn't arrive until Friday as this comes through.
01:46So here's the next weather system.
01:47This one likely would extend a lot further inland because it has a feed of tropical moisture coming in.

01:58Nothing like the last weather system that could produce big falls
02:01because it was a cut-off low as it moved through these parts here.
02:04It also had a big feed of tropical moisture, so there's nothing like that.
02:08This is more like 1 to 5 millimetres as it comes through.
02:11If you're in the southeast here along the coast,
02:1210 to 15, 15 to 25, saying down through here 10 to 15 and 15 to 25
02:18in that very far south-eastern corner.
02:21What does this mean for Adelaide?
02:22We've got this mainly during the morning.
02:24It is clearing up and then down to 5 by early tomorrow morning.
02:28So, yes, it is chilly and cold at the footy tonight.
02:31As we move into Saturday, we've got light winds.
02:33It's lovely.
02:34We've got cloud clearing out to sunshine and then sunshine for Sunday.
02:37Watch those temperatures rapidly warm up
02:39as our winds turn northerly across the weekend.
02:42So, the weekend is looking good.
02:44As we go into Monday, that's when the wet weather is likely to be.
02:47Rain at times.
02:48So, yes, it is a band of rain and it's developing.
02:51So, it's in the afternoon and evening, really, that we're going to see that.
02:54Winds do jump up ahead of that one in our norsally,
02:56then they're westerly by the end of it.
02:58That slowly clears during the day on Tuesday.
03:01We saw the high still back to the west,
03:02so it does continue right through 7 and then 3 millimetres
03:05from Monday into Tuesday.
03:07Our next break is Wednesday into Thursday.
03:09Watch those temperatures skyrocket next Thursday in our northerly winds
03:14and then absolutely plummet as we move through next Friday
03:17with that next weather system coming in.
03:19Yes, that's 26 down to just 14 to end the week.
