00:00It's that time of the year again, television's biggest night is on Sunday,

00:03and we're kicking off Emmy weekend in style with Volkswagen Tijuan.

00:08So let's look back on some beautiful and bold fashion from Emmys past.

00:17Hey Catherine, well the 2025 Emmys are finally here and I'm so excited. I think the fashion

00:22is what I look forward to the most. What are some celebs that have gotten it right in years past?

00:27Yeah, the fashion is always the most fun part of these nights. And for me, Zendaya kills it every

00:32single time. And while she's not nominated this year, her looks from 2019 and 2022 totally live

00:38rent-free in my head, especially her 2022 black ball gown was so simple and beautiful. Another

00:42simple black ball gown was in 2015 when Lady Gaga wore this really understated Brandon Maxwell gown.

00:49There's also some props of color that I really love. And then throwing it way back to 2003,

00:53where Sarah Jessica Parker was really channeling Terry Bradshaw with this pink strapless gown.

00:57But what about my fellas? What about my guys?

00:59Yes, on the top of my list is always Coleman Domingo. He really knows how to incorporate

01:03elegance, like with this Emmy look in 2024. His brooch was absolutely incredible. There's also

01:08Donald Glover in 2017 giving a pop of color. We also had all five of the Queer Eye guys who looked

01:14so fabulous.

01:15If you had to pick, I know this is hard, one couple that's been on point.

01:19I think I have to pick two. Viola Davis and Julius Tennant in 2019 were so chic with their

01:24coordinated black and white looks. And then in 2018, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen really brought

01:30it with these contrasting colors and Chrissy's touch of sparkle.
