Woman picks up turtle to save it and gets a wet surprise instead

Saving lives is noble until someone pees on the hero.

Brooke and her mom were just minding their drive home when they spotted a little shelled fellow chilling dangerously in the middle of the road like he owned the freeway.

Naturally, a rescue operation kicked in.

Just as her mom went full hero mode and picked up the turtle, the surprise splash had her leaping back in pure shock, only to meet the ground with less grace and more giggles.

Safe to say, the turtle left quite the impression and a cleanup job.
