00:00I'm writing to you regarding my health in relation to my experience with Apple Watch.
00:21I just wasn't taking care of myself.
00:24Wasn't eating well.
00:25Terrible schedule.
00:26Just like wasn't sleeping.
00:27This is my battle with mental health and how there's always light at the end of the tunnel.
00:32I felt I had absolutely nothing left to live for.
00:35I just started really slow.
00:37And it's been nice to see my progress just through fitness and running.
00:41Throughout the year, I lost over 100 pounds.
00:44And I just got into the New York City Marathon.
00:48It was about 5 in the morning and my Apple Watch, it started buzzing.
00:52My resting heart rate was at 172.
00:54I took my blood oxygen level, it was 88%.
00:58When they did the x-ray, we found out I had a completely collapsed lung.
01:03Needed emergency surgery.
01:06Gives me goosebumps almost, but the doctor said, he's like, that Apple Watch just saved your life.
01:10I got home and I started to do a jump rope routine.
01:14My legs just started to jitter and I hit the ground.
01:18Meanwhile, my watch is buzzing.
01:19So I look at it and it says, it looks like you're in trouble.
01:23Do you need help?
01:25It didn't dawn on me that I was having a stroke.
01:28Me and my friend, we were hiking in Japan.
01:34The second day started to snowstorm.
01:36And it's just white.
01:38I was driving home.
01:39I started feeling really off.
01:41I started feeling busy.
01:42And that's the last thing I remember.
01:44We lost our phones in the snow.
01:49We had nothing left.
01:50No food, no water.
01:52We can't feel fingers.
01:53We can't feel anything.
01:57I don't think I was ready to finish my life there.
02:01And what I was wearing was my Apple Watch.
02:05We contacted the emergency rescue using the SOS feature.
02:08I had a car just crashed through the garage.
02:11They're upside down in our pool.
02:13The next thing I remember was just hearing this very faint voice through my watch.
02:18Saying, help us on the way.
02:20We had everyone on the way.
02:24That helicopter ride was the best feeling I've felt in my life.
02:28I've always read those stories about how Apple Watch saves someone's life.
02:32That's why I started to help my mental health.
02:36We've just completed the first mile.
02:37Six miles.
02:38I don't know if I can do this.
02:39You don't need no medals.
02:40One mile to go.
02:42Whatever life throws to you, you keep going.
02:44You keep pushing it up on the shoes.
02:46Even in the darkest moments, it will get better.
02:49Minutes say wise.
02:50You know, seconds say wise.
02:52That was my second chance.
02:54Without this watch, I probably would not have had.
02:56I felt like Apple Watch had my back.
02:58Oh my God, it had my back.
02:59It had my front.
03:00It had my size.
03:02It had my head.
03:04It had my past my future.
03:05Yes, it had everything.
03:08Iied
03:10out of my blue.
03:12I am happy.
03:15Maybe it had my back.
03:18butterfly.
03:20I am happy to see you.
03:21I have no weakness.
03:23What would that be next?
03:24I'm happy to see you in the realm.
03:26Let me see you in real life.
03:27I'm happy to see you in the部 sulla dock.

03:30people wash for my mind.
