00:00Let's talk about big mistake number two, which is no physical control or also said no way to physically communicate with your dog.

00:07We've already talked about dogs really communicate to each other in one of two ways, visual or physical.

00:12Meaning mounting each other, roughhousing with each other, biting each other in the neck and so on and so forth.

00:16But we find one of two things either owners or simply we're not using these tools whatsoever.

00:22What we're not going to do is do it low like on the Adams out.

00:24We need to be high in touch.

00:26But they have no idea how to use it. The dog does not know how to respond to that pressure.

00:30Just creating a ton of conflict and just destroying your relationship.

00:33When they bring your police dogs on and pressing.

00:35Many, many times it's happening where we give them a dog that knows how to bite a ghost home.

00:39Now, why is it that we even need to use the dog, bites them, bites their kids, bites the neighbor's dog, all kinds of pandemonium habits.

00:44So the first thing that we actually teach, we put the dog in a bite and show them how to execute this step until they get it right.

00:48If you've completed step number one and taught your dog through the use of food lures and hand commands,

00:53you should be able to charge up a nice voice commandment.

00:56Here's the problem, and this is where a positive only training will stop and fail you.

01:02Because you're only halfway up the totem pole, you do not have it in power, boys.

01:05You simply have a food lures, hand commandment, voice commandment.
