00:16The presence of armed forces of the biggest power in the Caribbean Sea is a factor of

00:24tension that is incompatible with the peaceful vocation of this region.

00:30Dear friends, in two weeks we will be gathered in New York City for the 80th General Assembly

00:36of the United Nations.

00:37This will be an opportunity for us to speak with one sole voice in the defense of a revigorated

00:43multilateralism.

00:45We should move forward in enhancing the Security Council of the UN, incorporating new permanent

00:51and non-permanent members from Latin America, from Africa and from Asia.
