00:00They're not giving our jobs.
00:18They advertise all this stuff, all these things, and we don't never get them.
00:30I've been looking for a job for about four months, health care field, CNA, health care,
00:43home health aid, anything in the medical field.
01:00I actually go on Indeed, I type in what I'm looking for, like the type of work I'm looking
01:05for, and it's a variety of things that show up and you just go to whichever you're interested
01:10in.
01:11And you just send your resume.
01:14They may reach out, they may not.
01:28Then when you search, it's a go.
01:30They call you back, everything's a go.
01:32Now when you search, it's like a if-if.
01:36You know, they may call you back, they may not.
01:38Then some jobs will have you to get dressed, come all the way out there for an interview,
01:42then they will say, oh well, we got some more people coming and we'll get back with you and
01:47you'll never hear from them.
01:48So I feel like you wasted my time, me and my guests, to come out there to just get told
01:52that.
02:05It's not me per se.
02:06I think it's the company and the people.
02:09Because I have resumes, I have experience, I have all these things.
02:13So I know it's not me.
02:14I believe it's the companies.
02:16Because like I said, they have their picks and chooses who they want to hire.
02:19I could be wrong, but I don't think I'm wrong.
02:29I say I get myself party like the rest of this month.
02:32If not, I'm just going to find something else to do.
02:36Because you only can keep searching, keep searching, keep searching, and if nothing
02:38coming up, then you got to do something else.
02:41What do you mean by something?
