00:00As another one with a bit of a checkered history, in terms of the jobs he's done at certain football clubs, all different roles, one thing I'm told, which is a real positive, is, and I think it's important, now I'm going to caveat this before I even say what I'm going to say, I don't think it's essential that a director of football and a manager of our friends all get along, or whatever, they have to be able to do a job together, I've worked with plenty of people and so will you and so will all you guys out there that you work with, and you work well with, but you wouldn't go in for a pint with them.
00:30You don't really, you're not a friend, you don't speak outside work, you'll speak in work and then you'll never speak again, and that's the end of that. You don't have to get along, but I think it's important after the history of what's going on at Newcastle United for that synergy to be there, and I'm led to believe there is, I'm not saying they're friends, but there is already a synergy between the potential director of football and the coaches and management structure at Newcastle United, I think that's key.
