Do you think renters’ rights are properly protected in the UK? Should more funding go into policing bad landlords or should tenants have more power to act themselves?

00:06renting houses they're finding it very difficult to get anything done. The

00:11protection against being evicted is low but I have sympathy for people who

00:20try to rent out a second property and it's just a very difficult subject.

00:27I used to rent out houses myself but to protect the right of the tenant yeah I'm on their side yeah.

00:35I guess there are landlords out there who take advantage of their situation I guess so without

00:45knowing the full ins and outs I would like to said I'm more for the people me and the sort of

00:52underdog if you like so I would have liked to have said that the the renters would have more rights really.
