00:00The man was among a group of eight who have been in government custody in the East African country since their deportation from the U.S.

00:10His repatriation was done in concert with Mexican authorities, South Sudan said.

00:16I finished my time over there in the United States. I finished my time. They're supposed to report me back to Mexico.

00:23They never made the process. They did it wrong, you know, they did it wrong, and they sent us around, like, basically, like, they kidnapped me.
