00:04Cajun chicken is incredibly delicious, only 540 calories, so easy and perfect to meal prep for
00:12the week. Get your boneless chicken thighs, seasoned with salt, Italian herbs, chili flakes,
00:18parsley, garlic and onion powder, paprika and olive oil. Mix till the color changes,
00:23then slice your potatoes into thick chunks just like this. Drop in a pot of cold water,
00:29then boil for 12-14 minutes until fork tender just like this. Steam for 5 minutes before mashing till
00:36smooth and fluffy, then add light butter, warm milk, salt and garlic powder. Mix till completely smooth
00:43and fluffy, then lay down your chicken thighs on a sheet pan. Oven bake or air fry for 25 minutes till
00:50golden and juicy just like this. For the creamy sauce, add light butter to a pan with this extra
00:55seasoning. Let it toast before adding milk, light cream cheese, parmesan and a handful of spinach.
