00:00We're here with Mark Robinson, the new chair of the Hartlepool Development Corporation.
00:04Mark, how do you feel about taking up the role?
00:06I'm really excited. I think the important thing to say is that I'm an independent chair,
00:10which means I can bring a fresh perspective to making change happen through the development corporation.
00:16What do you think the future looks like for Hartlepool and what part does the Development Corporation have to play in bringing that forward?
00:21I think the future is massively, massively exciting.
00:24And what we haven't done is celebrate the great stuff that's already happening in Hartlepool.
00:29There's a story to be told about all the great change that's happened today and we can build on that in the future.
00:37And lastly, Mark, do you have any messages for the residents of the town and the borough as to how they'll see the changes going forward?
00:44Well, the message is, watch this face. We are going to start seeing more change happen.
00:47I think some of the most notable change is going to be at Middleton Grange.
00:50But most importantly, what I'd like to do is get in touch.
00:54The Toronto Corporation is here to make change happen for people to party for them.
