00:00On another note po, nagkakuloy na yung pagdinik ng flood control program sa Senado at nag-annunsyo na magpupulong daw ng independent finding committee sa flood control.

00:15Well, sabi ko ma, too little too late yung administration.

00:22Alam naman na natin yung problema ng corruption sa flood control.

00:28Hindi lang sa administration.

00:30Ito sa lahat ng mga dumaan na administration, hindi lang sa administration ni Pangulong Duterte.

00:38Alam na natin yan lahat. Nandiyong mayor ako 2010, meron ng issue ng flood control corruption.

00:46And worse, much worse lang sa atin ngayon dahil sinasabi ko nga hindi lang naman flood control projects yung merong corruptions.

01:01As early as 2024, noong nag-resign ako sa Department of Education, matagal ko pinag-isipan yun kung mag-re-resign ba ako at sasabihin ko ba kung ano yung mga experiences ko as Secretary ng Department of Education.

01:22And then, nag-decide ako na magsalita talaga kung bakit.

01:28Sinabi ko nga, inattach yung pinaghatikan ng members of the House of Representatives ang SBP, School Giving Program Budget ng Department of Education.

01:39At hindi lang yun, inattach pa nila yung listahan doon sa house version ng gabi.

01:45Pero, alam yun. Alam yun ni President Marcos ng BBM. Alam niya yun. Kasi sinake up din yun.

01:57During a meeting in Malacanang. Pero, he looked the other way.

02:03So, magdududa ka kung bakit bigla ngayon ay merong silang malaban na malaking investigation ng flood control projects.

02:19Ibig sabihin, meron na naman silang niluluto behind the scenes.

02:26Na, syempre, hindi natin nakikita dahil lahat tayo nakatutok doon sa flood control corruption.

02:33Kung seriosa lang talaga ang presidente. Tapos na yan isang araw lang, matuturo niya lahat ng may katatawan ng corruption sa budget.
