00:16Right now I am in the middle of a dense jungle tall trees surround me. Strange sounds echo from every side sometimes birds sometimes insects and sometimes the cry of wild animals it feels a little scary but also peaceful. I am close to nature breathing fresh air and experiencing the beauty many people never see.
00:36I have decided to spend 7 days here and live as close to nature as possible the first thing I need is a shelter because surviving without one is impossible. The forest has animals insects and unpredictable weather so I need protection.
00:51I started walking and collected dry grass branches and sticks. I was lucky to find some large plastic sheets left behind by people. I know plastic is not natural but in survival. You must use whatever is available with sticks.
01:06I built a basic frame tied them together and covered it with plastic. Slowly for walls and a roof appeared giving me a simple room like shape. But just walls and roof were not enough animals could still come close so. I filled polythene bags with soil and stacked them around the shelter like bricks. This was heavy work but step by step. I managed to build a barrier strong enough to make me feel safer. Next I realized I needed a door so.
01:32I cut sticks tied them tightly and made a simple wooden door that could open and close. It was not perfect but in the jungle even a rough door feels like a big success. I fixed it to the entrance and looked at what I had built. Now my small shelter looked like a tiny house in the middle of the jungle walls of sticks and soil bags. A roof of plastic sheets and even a door I stepped inside sat on the ground and finally felt a little secure for the first time today.
02:00Still the jungle kept reminding me that my challenges are not over. The sound of wind the cry of animals and the smell of earth. All told me that this is only the beginning I will need food.
02:11After finishing my small shelter in the jungle. I felt safe but my stomach was empty so. I decided to cook something warm and simple inside my little room.
02:21I wanted food that could give me energy and keep me strong so. I collected some fresh vegetables from the forest and also used a few eggs that. I had carried with me because eggs are full of protein and perfect for survival.
02:34I gathered dry wood sticks and carefully started a small fire inside. A safe corner of my shelter the crackling sound of fire and the smell of smoke made me feel that I was really surviving on my own.
02:47I placed a pot above the fire poured some water and began cutting the vegetables into small pieces one by one. I dropped them into the pot the water slowly started to boil and steam filled the air.
02:59Then I cracked the eggs into the pot and stirred everything. Together the vegetables and eggs mixed beautifully and soon. The smell became so delicious it reminded me of simple homemade Chinese food even though.
03:11I was far away from the city this meal felt so special I. Feeling proud that I could cook for myself here.
03:17After eating. I cleaned the pot arranged the fire safely and sat quietly. Inside my shelter listening to the jungle sounds outside. My body felt relaxed my eyes became heavy and soon. I laid down on the ground covered myself and slowly drifted to. Sleep the forest outside was alive but inside my little room. I felt calm and peaceful.
