00:00In Israel, the military is girding for some sort of response from the Houthis.
00:05The Israeli attack on the night between Thursday and Friday was a retaliation for two missiles
00:12launched from Yemen, Houthi missiles launched from Yemen towards Israel.
00:18One of them apparently containing a cluster warhead.
00:23This is, you know, part of the ongoing, we can't say shadow war, but the ongoing unofficial
00:29war between Iran and Israel.
00:31The Houthis are a limb of the Iranian efforts to impose their importance, their influence
00:40on this region.
00:41And what we're seeing is that at least via the Houthis, Iran has not yet given up trying
00:47to provoke Israel.
00:49And Israel is responding.
00:50In fact, before Thursday's attack, the Israeli defense minister had warned that Israel had
00:55plans to, quote, decapitate the Houthis.
00:59That's what they've done by eliminating this prime minister, who is a recent prime minister,
01:04not a very well-known figure, al-Rahoui.
01:06He was in office just for about a year.
01:10And again, the important power behind the Houthis is Iran, not a prime minister or even other
01:16ministers who appear to have died alongside him.
