South Korea’s police have installed a human-sized "holographic" officer in central Seoul to deter crime.

An image of a police officer is projected onto an acrylic panel every two minutes from 7pm to 10pm while AI-powered surveillance cameras monitor the area, which is often busy at night due to nearby bars.
