00:33Sinalubong siya ng palakpakan, fit for her queerness,
00:37na naging lakas para harapin ang hamon ng buhay bilang miyembro ng LGBTQIA plus community.
00:57It gave me the courage to take up space even when the world told me to tone it down.
01:04It taught me empathy.
01:06When you've been judged for simply existing, you'll learn to never judge others and be kind.
01:12Nitong college lang daw talaga naging totoo sa sarili si Prism.
01:16At sa first year college pa lang, binigyan na ng pagsubok.
01:19When they were taking my picture for my school ID, a guy told me na bakit daw long hair ako,
01:29dapat daw short hair, dapat daw hindi ako susuot ng earrings, ETC.
01:33But I didn't agree to that.
01:35I made a promise to myself that I'm going to be who I am.
01:39And tinry ko siyang ipaglaban.
01:41That's actually the first baby steps that I made during college to get out of my comfort zone.
01:48Pinaglaban hanggang sa makuwang kagustuhan magsuot ng uniform na pambabae at ng mahabang buhok.

02:24My queerness is not a weakness.
02:28It's not a call.
02:29It is my strength.
02:31It is my power.
02:33And I stand here today as a living proof that with the queerness, with the gayness inside of me,
02:40I shine so bright because I am who I am and no one can take it away from me.
