00:15back window of the other car. Now this other car is stolen as well and it's been used in a number

00:19of crimes. They then get out of there and this guy realizes that he was within seconds from

00:25being a victim of this crime and having his vehicle stolen. And he's the one that actually

00:30alerted me to how they're doing it. He's done some research on this and figured it out himself.
