02:54The charges which Smokey Mountain Wrestling has reason to believe are either exaggerated or false.
03:00Ricky has also taken possession, without permission, of Tracy Smothers' tag belt,
03:06and he hasn't returned it yet, and evidently does not intend to return it.
03:11Tracy and Angela, Smokey Mountain Wrestling, and all other parties involved have made many efforts to settle the situation,
03:19but all have been turned down.
03:22Ricky Morton has made statements to the effect that he and Andrea, or both,
03:26intend to sue everyone involved, including Smokey Mountain Wrestling, in court.
03:32Now, this is an unfortunate situation, especially since Ricky is a personal friend of mine.
03:38However, for theft of Smokey Mountain Wrestling property, and failure to appear for scheduled dates,
03:45and the threat of possible lawsuits, which we believe are unfounded,
03:49Smokey Mountain Wrestling has had no choice but to terminate Ricky Morton's booking for matches until this matter is settled.
