00:00I didn't realise my gas and electric had actually gone up by 83% in six years which is quite shocking

00:06really. Obviously we know that our electric and gas goes up but when we actually sit down and work

00:12it out not realising the 83% and that how much that impacts me and I have to sort of take on

00:19that cost. Now I know the percentage isn't going up a lot for obviously households but that's going

00:29to obviously affect us because people aren't going to want to probably come in as much you know I know

00:33it's probably only what 30 40 pounds a year but that's a cut and blow dry so are they going to have

00:40one less cut and blow dry a year are they going to have one less you know the nails done or even we

00:45have a beautician that does sort of like the massage side now that's a luxury that's not a need

00:50so are you cutting out that luxury now so then I'm personally sort of taking on that cost which

00:5883% in six years is a massive massive cost and also if they're getting less and less busy

01:06they're going to be less likely to stay so I could lose you know my income in that sense as well

01:13so it is having a massive massive knock-on effect.
