00:09a really corrupt person with a corrupt judge who was disgraceful,

00:14and they're being mauled right now by everybody.

00:18It's so corrupt, and it kept business out of New York, stuff like that.

00:22But the appellate division vacated all of that stuff that you read about.

00:27And we're going to do a big number on that whole thing.

00:32You can't have a corrupt court system.

00:34You can't have that.

00:35You have to have borders, and you have to have a free press.

00:38Otherwise, you don't have a country.
