00:30They define themselves in their terms and conditions, a lot of things that should not be on their own platforms.
00:36And when we're talking about this, more than 99% of content moderation decisions taken here in the EU online
00:43are based, proactively done, by platform based on their own terms and conditions.
00:48So we're not asking platforms to remove content.
00:51We're asking them to enforce their own terms and conditions.
00:54Now, you're referring to the U.S. Let's speak about one platform.
00:57Or maybe let's speak about meta.
00:58We're even concerned that they're taking this too far, that they're removing too much content.
01:04And here we have opened an investigation last year and we're still actively looking into it.
01:08So no, the censorship claims are completely unfounded.
01:11The DSA is fully respecting freedom of expression.
01:14And we should work hand in hand with the U.S. to tackle other things like disinformation campaigns coming from other parts of the world.
