President Marcos is considering a government position for General Nicolas Torre III following the latter’s relief as chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP).  Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Jonvic Remulla said this was discussed during his recent meeting with the President when they apparently discussed replacing Torre as the country’s top cop.
