00:00We had an understaffing experience where we had our roster completely cut down to save on budget.

00:07We then ran out of pretty much every single product as well as we also had some people

00:12no show to the store which ended up in me pretty much running the entire store by myself on a

00:19Sunday. And it has a very poor mental and physical impact with more staff getting injured, not being

00:27able to physically or mentally take on the information required to be safe, provide proper service.

00:35We've lost a couple of young ones, there's too much for them, but I've lost three senior operators.

00:41I don't want to deal with it anymore.
