01:27It has to be holistic and comprehensive po yung pag-attend ng problems dito.

01:32We are assisting after the Metro Manila for engineering interventions.

01:37But there are many problems sa Metro Manila.

01:40Like, we have to address yung waste management, basura.

01:44Dagdag ni Sekretary Manuel Bonoan, kailangan din bigyang pansin ang lumalalang drainage system ng Metro Manila maging ang resettlement.

01:54Natumutulong po kami sa lahat ng bagay na po pwede namin itulong.

01:59Kagaya ngayon, yung mga old pumping stations, nirehabilitate po namin to increase state discharge capacity.

02:09Yung mga gano'n, Pasig Marikina, flood control management project, ginagawa po namin.

02:14But internal drainage and other sectors, waste management, dapat ito.

02:20Pagtulong-tulungan natin, dapat na i-address po yung mga yan.
