Three people found unresponsive after police call in Blue Mountains

Three people have been rushed to hospital after being found unresponsive at a home in the NSW Blue Mountains, two individuals were suffering stab wounds. NSW Police are currently investigating.  Fiona Willan reports from Leura.

00:00We know that two men are being treated for multiple stab wounds and a woman is

00:06fighting for life after she was found unconscious at the home behind me. Police

00:11were called here around 7.30 this morning after someone raised the alarm.

00:14Inside they found the three people unresponsive. The two men believed to be

00:19in their 40s were taken to Westmead Hospital. They are each in a serious but

00:23stable condition. The woman is believed to be in her 60s and she was taken to the

00:28Blue Mountains District Hospital in a critical condition. We have spoken with

00:32some neighbours who have told us that a family has lived at this address for

00:35many years a couple with their two adult sons. 7.30 sirens and everything it

00:43woke me up because usually I sleep in and I thought it was an accident on the

00:49road sorry and then I come up and it's in the street. I'm going wow I don't know

00:57what happened so seven eight ambulances and same with the police and it was

01:04crazy yeah horrible yeah I'm not sure what happened. Police are still examining

01:13the crime scene this afternoon they expect to start door knocking the area

01:16surely in the hope that they can get some answers.
