00:32in that one-point victory in the bowl game.
00:35That perception, I think, carries through,
00:37especially when you get a team overseas, both a feeling out process.
00:41You won't, and a lot of bettors are just inclined to take those points
00:44in terms of game number one.
00:46And by the way, Joe, when we take a look at this game, too,
00:48where it is a big deal in the Big 12, you win this football game,
00:50you get a leg up on your competition.
00:51Yeah, absolutely.
00:52We're not expecting these teams to win the national championship,
00:55but I'm telling you right now, you lose this football game
00:57trying to get into the national championship picture
00:59is going to be very hard.

01:04Let's take a look at the Iowa State numbers here, Joe.
01:06Win total 7.5 on the season.
01:07That's listed at a plus 110 price.
01:09If you have the Big 12 championship at a 12-1,
01:12to make the playoff, yes, is a 920 price.
01:14And the national titles, we said, I mean, come on now, 400-1.
01:18But Iowa State getting propelled if they win this game.
01:20Give me a feel for Iowa State for you on the season, Joe.
01:22I think they could be an eight-win football team.
01:24I'm not as high on them in the conference as a lot of people are.
01:28I think they could certainly be above .500, eight and four.
01:31They're going to have to obviously make up for the loss of Noel and Higgins
01:35in the passing attack.
01:36And if they lose this matchup, to your point, they're up against it.
01:39I think whoever loses this from a psychological perspective
01:42could have a lot of pressure on them.
01:44We saw Florida State lost that game in Dublin last year,
01:47and then all of a sudden they fell off the rails.
01:50So that's always a cause of concern.
01:51Again, defensively, I'm not as high on Iowa State.
01:54I want to see how this front seven performs.
01:56I mentioned they gave up basically five opponents last year, over 200 yards.
02:01They broke down at the end of the regular season.
02:03That was the main reason why they lost to Arizona State.
02:05I just don't think they're up to par with some of the other teams like Baylor,
02:09like Texas Tech right now entering the season.
02:12But if they knock off Kansas State, physical team, they're going to be there.
