00:06officers responding to reports of a nearly naked man on Ventura Boulevard in Studio City.

00:14Police identified the 26-year-old whose real name is Montero Lama Hill and said he was wearing

00:28appeared to capture the moment. Authorities suspected a possible drug overdose. After his

00:36arrest, Leonas X was briefly taken to a hospital, then released back into custody a few hours

00:43later. He has now been held in Valley Hill on suspicion of demeanor obstruction of an officer.
