00:29One of the things we're going to be redoing is your parks.
00:32I'm very good at grass because I have a lot of golf courses all over the place.
00:35I know more about grass than any human being, I think, anywhere in the world.
00:40And we're going to be re-grassing all of your parks, all brand new sprinkler systems,
00:44the best that you can buy, just like Augusta.
00:47It'll look like Augusta.
00:49It'll look like, more importantly, Trump National Golf Club.
00:52That's even better.
00:53But we're going to look.
00:54We're going to have all brand new, beautiful grass.
00:57You know, like everything else, grass has a life.
00:58Do you know that? Grass has a life.
01:01You know, we have a life and grass has a life.
01:04And the grass here died about 40 years ago.
01:07So we're going to be rebuilding all of your parks.
01:09And it's going to happen fast.
01:11It's going to go up like a miracle.
01:12So you do the job on safety and I'll get this place fixed up physically.
01:17And we're going to be so proud of it.
01:18At the end of six months, but let's say at the end of a year, this place will be maxed out in terms of beauty.
01:24You'll have all new surfaces.
01:26You'll have all new medians.
01:28Everything's going to look beautiful.
01:29A lot of your signs are going to be taken down.
01:31They've been up for 40 years.
01:32They look like hell.
01:33They look like they're barely standing up.
01:35They're falling off their holders.
01:39And we're going to have all new everything.
01:41And I want to just thank Doug for doing such an incredible job.
