00:00:00Let's get it, we're going to come from Ephesians chapter 2, hold on, sometimes it's hard to climb,

00:01:18among whom also we all had our conversation in times past, in the lust of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind,

00:01:34But God, who is rich in mercy for whom his great love were with, he loved us, even when we were dead and sins have quickened us together with Christ,
00:01:48by grace ye are saved, and hath raised us up together, and made us sick together in heavenly places in Christ,
00:01:58that in ages to come, might shoot exceeding riches of his grace and his kindness toward us through Jesus Christ,
00:02:09through Christ Jesus.
00:02:10For grace, and poor by grace, are ye saved through faith, and that not of yourselves.
00:02:16It is the gift of God, not by works, lest any man should boast.
00:02:22I read this to a sister today, as the Lord had given me this word to give her.
00:02:27But as you heard, it says, were dead in your trespasses, and since Apostle Paul was talking to the church of Ephesus,
00:02:41he was talking to the Ephesians, I think the Ephesians also were those who were worshipping the goddess Diana,
00:02:51which you can find in the book of Acts.
00:02:54Yeah, they worshipped different gods and things like that.
00:03:00The people back then, like in, huh?
00:03:04Not the Egyptians, but, well, yeah, they had a god to worship too,
00:03:07but they used to make fake gods and fake idols.
00:03:11Back in the biblical times, this was written to the Ephesians, right?
00:03:18So that was the church of Ephesus, which is, that would be around Thessalonia, Thessalonica, which was a city.
00:03:26I think they are all close either to Jerusalem or, huh?
00:03:34BCE, what was it?
00:03:37Oh, that was after Christ.
00:03:39That's like in the book of Acts, yeah, after Christ.
00:03:43That was after he resurrected.
00:03:44Actually, that's when Paul, because Paul was Saul.
00:03:49He was just a Hebrew of the Hebrews.
00:03:53He was of the tribe of Benjamin.
00:03:55He was someone who was zealous for just the law of God.
00:03:58And so when this new, what they said was this new doctoring, this new teaching,
00:04:05what is this new teaching about the resurrection of Christ and the gospel,
00:04:09they thought it was coming against their law and the law of God.
00:04:13And so they wanted to take him out.
00:04:17You know, so Paul was on the road to Damascus in Acts chapter, I think it's nine.
00:04:21And that's when the light of Christ shone down on him, because he was going to put Christians in prison, right, in Jerusalem.
00:04:29So that's when the light of Christ shone down on Paul.
00:04:33And that's when Jesus actually spoke to him.
00:04:35He said, Saul, Saul, why dost thou persecute thou me?
00:04:39Because if you persecute his people, you persecute him.
00:04:43And so, yeah, so that's what happened, Saul to Paul.
00:04:49And he said, who are you, Lord?
00:04:51It's like Saul, Paul, knew who he was.
00:04:55And after that, you know, Jesus gave him instructions to go to a street called Straight.
00:04:59And this man named Ananias would baptize you.
00:05:03And you were going to suffer many great things for my name's sake.
00:05:08And Paul did.
00:05:09He became Saul to Paul.
00:05:10He didn't persecute Christians anymore.
00:05:13He followed Christ.
00:05:14He wrote, like, letters to the churches and all that kind of stuff.
00:05:19So this was a letter to the church from Paul.
00:05:21They would have put him in prison, and he would write letters to the churches.
00:05:26So this was one of them.
00:05:29All right.
00:05:29So, yeah, they used to have false idols, false gods.
00:05:33But remember, there's a story back in the Old Testament that talks about how, what's it, the Israelites that created a golden calf and made God mad.
00:05:45Yeah, because it was like a false god.
00:05:47It was like worshiping a false god.
00:05:49Because they didn't have the patience.
00:05:52Huh?
00:05:52It wasn't in India, but I can tell you, we still have false gods today.
00:05:59You ever go to those, well, I guess I better just go ahead and say it.
00:06:04You ever go to those stores where they have, like, them statues and Buddha and all that kind of stuff?

00:06:33Yeah, so that's what they're doing.
00:06:35So that's the same as it was back then.
00:06:38It may be a different, what they did, they named it something different, you know, but it's called the flower act,
00:06:43where they pretty much worship their, their plants and stuff like that.

00:06:50So anyway, yeah.
00:06:52So back then they had a false goddess named Diana.
00:06:57They were looked at as a goddess, and that was.
00:07:00If I ever had a daughter, I would like that name, Diana.
00:07:06You don't worship any false gods.

00:07:30But anyway, it says that ye were dead in your sins and your trespasses.
00:07:38Now, again, this was written to the church of Ephesus.
00:07:43That means these people had already gotten saved and received and were born again by Jesus Christ.
00:07:52Now, if you don't, and if you're not saved, and if you're not born again, then you're still dead in your sins and trespasses.
00:08:04You still walk according to, it says, according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air.
00:08:13And the prince of the power of the air is the devil.
00:08:17He is the one that puts all these airways.
00:08:20And that's why, you know, when you look at TV, there's nothing on TV but more darkness, more wickedness.
00:08:27That's why you see all these different shops popping up.
00:08:32And that's why you see all these, God bless you, all these different things happening.
00:08:38All these things that don't glorify God.
00:08:41And they can distract you and take you away from coming into a relationship with Jesus Christ.
00:08:53So it says that you were dead in your trespasses and sins.
00:08:58But then it says you have he quickened together.
00:09:01Now, someone that gets saved gets quickened together with other believers and are saved and seated with Christ in the heavenly realms.
00:09:16Now, if we don't know Christ, if we're not born again, we're still dead in our sins and our trespasses.
00:09:25And the Bible says in Romans 3 and 23 says that the wages of sin is death, that's spiritual death, separation.
00:09:35Right?

00:10:39That's why Christ came.
00:10:41And we came also, most importantly, to wash away our sins.

00:10:49Because there is no way that we can stand before God and have sin on us and think that we can enter into the kingdom.
00:11:01You must be born again.
00:11:04You must have your sins washed away by the blood of Jesus.
00:11:09If you have not been born again and if you have not repented, then you still have sin in you and sin on you.
00:11:19And it affects your life.
00:11:24Sin will affect every aspect of your life.
00:11:29Sin will not only even just affect the aspects, every aspect of your life, but sin can also affect the lives of those around you.
00:11:42If you have, like, an alcoholic, if you're a husband and you're an alcoholic, guess what?

00:12:48Because they can do maybe a good job at work.
00:12:52They can go to work and do whatever it is they do.
00:12:54And then they can go home and sip on their bottles, God bless you, the rest of the night.
00:13:01Or they can smoke their powder for the rest of the night or whatever it is.
00:13:07They can smoke their pipe for the rest of the night.
00:13:10And they can call them functioning.
00:13:12And it can look like they're doing good.
00:13:16But in reality, they are dying.
00:13:20They are dying spiritually.
00:13:23And they are killing their body.
00:13:25Well, it's the same thing with sin.
00:13:26Sin can affect your life.
00:13:30And the effects of sin can also affect you physically if you continue.
00:13:35So, God bless you, sir.
00:13:38So, I tell you, unless you want to change, if there is a change that you would like, if there is a, some, because you know that you can't do it.
00:13:50You know that you tried everything.
00:13:52And it can't be done by your power.
00:13:55Guess what?
00:13:56Only the, listen, only the power of God is able to change you.
00:14:04Only the power of God is able to cleanse you, to wash you, the blood of Jesus, the blood of Jesus that redeems.

00:14:25The gospel is the power of God.
00:14:27The response to the gospel is to repent.
00:14:31And when the Holy Ghost comes upon you, you shall receive power to be his witness.
00:14:41God's power.
00:14:42Now, Satan has things that, but the Bible says that all things, all power comes from God.
00:14:51All power comes through Christ.
00:14:54Matter of fact, the Bible says that when he rose, he rose with all power.
00:14:58There is no power greater than the power of God.
00:15:01There are, there is a spiritual wickedness.
00:15:06There is a, a, a, a darkness.
00:15:09And that darkness has power, but it's not greater than the power of God.
00:15:15There, listen, there's no medium.
00:15:19There's no psychic.
00:15:21There's no amount of sage.
00:15:24There's no, whether you're Pisces, Leo, Aquarius, amount of reading your horoscope every day that will ever, in all the world, trump, and in all the ages, trump the power of God.
00:15:43Now, the Bible says, Jesus said in Luke 10, 18, he said, Behold, I saw Satan fall like lightning.
00:15:55And then he said, Behold, for I've given you power over all the power of the enemy, that you should tread upon scorpions and snakes, and nothing by any means shall form you.
00:16:09And then Jesus said, But don't rejoice because of this, but rejoice because your name is written in heaven.
00:16:19So there is God's power, and there is people that are operating in the power of darkness.
00:16:26Now, if you live in sin, guess what?
00:16:29You operate in the power of darkness.
00:16:31And in order to be pulled out of that kingdom, there's a kingdom that you're in.
00:16:37The Bible calls it the kingdom of darkness.
00:16:41In order to be pulled out, you've got to call upon the name of Jesus, and your heart has to be willing to give your life to God, that he will come and change your life, and that you will be translated, God bless you, out of the kingdom of darkness, God bless you,
00:17:01and into the kingdom of his dear son.
00:17:07So what Colossians says, you will be translated, you will be translated, out of the kingdom of darkness, and into the kingdom of his dear son.
00:17:19So, unless you want salvation, you need to get in Christ.
00:17:28How did I get in Christ?
00:17:29You must be born again.
00:17:33Christ said you could abide in him as he abides in you.
00:17:37And if you abide in him, he abides in you, you will bear much fruit.
00:17:42For apart from him, you can do nothing.
00:17:47There's nothing that you can do apart from him.
00:17:51Paul said I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.

00:17:58The only way to be able to live this life with God, it has to be through Christ.
00:18:04You can't live for God unless it's through Christ.
00:18:08Some people say that I can live for God, and I love God, and yeah, I know God, I love God, I talk to God every day.
00:18:17But they say this, and they leave Jesus out.
00:18:24Jesus said, and I am the way, the truth, and the life, and no man comes unto the Father, God.
00:18:30But by me, you can't get to God no other way.
00:18:34So let me tell you this.

00:18:39You can't get to God through periscopes.
00:18:42You can't get to God through saints.
00:18:43That's all the power of darkness.
00:18:47And the Bible says that light has no fellowship with darkness.
00:18:56The Bible even says, have no fellowship with darkness, but rather reprudes it.

00:19:12You can't drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of devils.
00:19:19That's what the Bible says about darkness and light.
00:19:24That in this world today, it's like light is dark and dark is light.

00:19:34It's like bitter is sweet and sweet is bitter.
00:19:40And the Bible says, God said, he said, woe unto you who call light dark and dark light.
00:19:47Who call evil good and good evil.
00:19:50Who call bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.

00:19:55So I'm telling you today, if you want to come out of darkness, because if you live in darkness, when you die, you're going to be in outer darkness.
00:20:14You die in this body, you die second death.
00:20:17Outer, yeah, like outer space, right?
00:20:22Outer darkness, yeah.
00:20:24There's a place outside of God.
00:20:28And if it's outside of God, it is outer darkness.
00:20:32That's where people go that decided they didn't want God.
00:20:36They didn't want to live for God.
00:20:38They continue to turn away from God.
00:20:42God, even God could be calling them.

00:20:45Well, all of it's outer darkness.
00:20:52The lake of fire, hell, all of it is outer darkness.
00:20:56Because Jesus is talking about in Matthew 25 about a wicked servant, a wicked and truthful servant.
00:21:03He was a servant of the Lord.
00:21:05But while Jesus was his master, this is how the Bible says it.
00:21:10While his master was away, or while his Lord was away, because he had gave him some talents.
00:21:16And the other two, they multiplied the talents.
00:21:19But this guy hid his talent in the earth, right?
00:21:23His money.
00:21:24He hid his Lord's money.
00:21:26He didn't multiply the money.
00:21:27He hid it, right?
00:21:29Huh?
00:21:30It didn't say, it just said he was a servant of the Lord, right?
00:21:33But he hid his Lord's money in the earth.
00:21:35And when his Lord came, he was looking for the multiplication of the talents.
00:21:40But that servant told him, I hid it in the earth because I knew that you are a hard man.
00:21:45And the Lord called him a wicked and slothful servant and told him to cast him into outer darkness, where there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
00:21:57So whenever Jesus says weeping and gnashing of teeth, he always is referring to hell.
00:22:04Weeping, weeping like agony, crying, like you're sobbing, you're gnashing of teeth.
00:22:12That's like you're grinding your teeth because you're in such pain, you're in such agony, right?
00:22:20And so whenever Jesus refers that in the Bible, weeping and gnashing of teeth, he's always referring it back to hell.

00:22:28So if we talked about outer darkness and a place of weeping and gnashing of teeth, it's hell.
00:22:34Hell, the lake of fire, outer darkness, it's all the same, one and the same.

00:22:46So even people that are falling in Christ, if they don't endure to the end, because the Bible talks about those who endure to the end.

00:23:00We can't let anything turn us away from God.
00:23:03Those who endure to the end shall be saved.
00:23:06So if we don't endure, then we can be lost in outer darkness.

00:23:15There's people that can do this and then be living in sin.
00:23:20We're doing another life, a double life, which I'll never know how you can do it.
00:23:24But, you know, because there will be such great conviction.
00:23:28If God is really living in people, there should be a great conviction of sin.
00:23:35And that conviction will be so great that you, it's like, man, I'm coming to you, Lord.

00:28:41Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me.
00:28:45Now, he's talking to the goats.
00:28:48He said, Depart from me, ye cursed into everlasting fire, prepared for the devils and his angels.

00:52:24And we try to live this life.

00:52:33But yet, we really are not living for God.
00:52:39We even think that, God bless you, we even think that because we have that life, then it must be God.

00:53:47When you ask for certain things, certain things can't come to you.

00:53:53But, there is a consequence.

00:54:44They forfeit that one thing that you cannot buy with money, and that is their soul.

01:01:39There was a lady that got baptized today.
01:01:41I was with my sister in Christy Royale, which I hope they're afraid that you get to meet
01:01:47her one day.
01:01:47She's an addiction minister.
01:01:50Like, you know, she goes and pulls people out of the dock and gives them a rehab.
01:01:55And so we had a soul that got baptized this morning.
01:01:59And so that was a real blessing to see.
01:02:01And then as we were baptizing one soul, there was another man who just came on a bicycle
01:02:06from out of nowhere.
01:02:07He said, I want to be baptized too.
01:02:09Absolutely.
01:02:10Yeah, I can feel that.

01:02:12And so it was just a real blessed day and everything.
01:02:15So there's a lot of things that God is doing.

01:03:32If you're, you could say, there could be salvation for your whole household.
01:03:39So it transfires like a fire.
01:03:41It's like a wildfire.
01:03:43When someone, something catches on fire, it goes to the next thing and the next thing and the next thing.
01:03:48Well, with the fire of God, it works the same way.
01:03:52The fire of God can spread like a wildfire upon all the children, all the nations.
01:03:58And Jesus, I'll say, the apostle Peter was quoting the prophet Joel.
01:04:06And he said that, in the last days, I shall pour out of my spirit upon all flesh.
01:04:12Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy.
01:04:15Your young man shall see visions and your old man shall dream dreams.
01:04:18The spirit of God being poured out upon you, upon your children.
01:04:26And things happen when the spirit of God comes upon someone.
01:04:31When the spirit of God begins to live in someone.
01:04:34God bless you, sister.

01:04:37Things change in your life.
01:04:38You're not the same person.
01:04:40You don't want to live the same way.
01:04:42You don't desire the same things.
01:04:45That's why the gospel of Jesus Christ is the power of God.

01:04:53The one that is willing to turn to Christ.

01:05:01To take up their cross.
01:05:03Because it's a life worth living.
01:05:07When you live in sin, there's a consequence.
01:05:10And in the end, you'll find out it's not worth living.
01:05:14But by the time you find out it wasn't worth living, it'll be too late.
01:05:20You don't want to be someone where you're living in sin.
01:05:24Or you don't know.
01:05:25You can be someone that just don't know.

01:06:28If you keep living this life, trying to live this life without God, eventually you're going to step on a landmine.
01:06:37Eventually, it will be the end of the road.
01:06:43And the end thereof is death.
01:06:50Not just death coming out of his body, but also death is in spiritual separation from God forever.
01:06:59You don't want to be spiritually separated from God forever.
01:07:05Even those who, just like in the word we were reading earlier in Matthew 25 about somebody being the servant of the Lord.
01:07:13Well, because he wanted to hide his talent in the earth,
01:07:17when the Lord came back and found that he hid it in earth, instead of multiplying it,
01:07:22he called him a wicked and sorrowful servant and told him to put him in outer darkness where there should be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
01:07:30That was the servant of the Lord.

01:08:18But don't think that the reason, that will be the reason for you going to heaven?

01:13:46Even though Jesus paid the price, not his blood, so that you could get it to the king.

01:14:14He said, if the righteous are scarcely saved.
01:14:18That's what it says.
01:14:20If the righteous, because even the verse before that says that judgment must first begin in the house of God.
01:14:27And then he says, if the righteous are scarcely saved, where does the ungodly and sinner go?
01:14:37We almost, we barely make it in.
01:14:39But look, it talks about enduring to the end.
01:14:46Those who endure to the end shall be saved.
01:14:49He said, he will tell us, those who keep our lamps and our vessels filled with them, enter into our master's joy.
