00:00So we absolutely recognise that the hotels need to close.
00:04We are committed to closing them by the end of this parliament.
00:08That is a commitment we have made, which is why we are working so hard to process the claims more quickly
00:13and to deal with the outcomes of that as quickly as possible.
00:18And we are seeing real progress on that.
00:22Clearly, it does take some time, which is why we've committed to it by the end of the parliament.
00:27And we'll continue to work to that end.
