00:10Batay raw ito sa paggastos at mga natapos na proyekto ng mga ahensya ng gobyerno at kalidad ng mga isinumiting report.

00:17Labing apat na ahensya naman ang nakatanggap ng perfect rating.

00:21Kasama ang Games and Amusement Board, National Intelligence Coordinating Agency,

00:25National Wages and Productivity Commission, at Public Attorney's Office.

00:30Samantala, labing pito ang nakatanggap ng poor at unsatisfactory rating.

00:35Kabilang ang Office of the Secretary ng Department of Transportation, Bureau of Customs,

00:41National Nutrition Council, Office of the Secretary ng Department of Finance,

00:45Commission on Higher Education, at ilang state universities at colleges.

00:49Kailangan na raw silang pulungin ng DBM para sa mga hakbang kung paano maayos ang kanilang spending performance.

00:59More than penalizing them, maybe better if we can first sit down with them

01:05and then ask them to prepare a catch-up plan.

01:09Siguro pwede tayong mag-identify ng other programs and projects that these agencies can actually perform well.
