00:00The Department of Budget and Management has approved the guidelines on giving Php 7,000, the medical allowance for the people of the government.

00:08The DBM said that Php 7,000 per year from now until 2025 will help to get the health maintenance organization or HMO-type benefit to the employees.

00:19It can be given as cash.

00:22It includes those who work for LGUs, civilian agencies, state colleges and universities, and government-owned and controlled corporations or GOCC.

00:31The government cannot get the HMO benefits.
