Amberlynn finally messaged her doctor to ask about the referral for a therapist and a number for a nutritionist. We get to see Beck’s runway look and find out Eric and Rickie are planning to paint the basement. Amberlynn has Beck take her to get chicken cheese and rice, and while she says she wants to show us what she’s eating, she hides the side plate of rice. When they get home, Amberlynn shows us the new cups they bought specifically to use for water. She says most of the cups she had went to Destiny after the split, rationalizing the new purchase. For someone who claims to not believe in ghosts, she sure seems to have a lot of encounters. She explains how she doesn't want to offend anyone by the "prank" she pulled on Beck. Before ending her vlog, she shares what the doctor suggested in the response to her email, something Amberlynn says she could have done on her own without the doctor's advice. She thinks she's back to square one and will have to call a nutritionist on her own, but until then, she'll be using the tools she has in her nutritional arsenal until she's given a plan by a professional.
