Central Visayas no 'ghost' infrastructure projects, says regional director  Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Central Visayas Director Danilo J. Villa clarifies that the region has no so-called 'ghost projects,' amid public criticism hounding the agency. Villa said on Aug. 20, 2025, that based on their records, all infrastructure projects in Central Visayas are properly accounted for. The assurance came as the DPWH faced backlash after President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. personally inspected an alleged ghost project in Baliwag, Bulacan. 01:31yung ating involvement ng ating society

01:34sa para sa ikakaganda po ng sistema.

01:37So, inaasahan po namin na yung iba pong hindi masyadong teknikal,

01:44siyempre po, yung kanilang ideya po ay limitado kung ano po yung,

01:49kung hanggang saan ba umaabot ang pondo.
