00:08And it was Evan Currie who scored the decisive goal for the visitors.
00:13Aidan Flint cleared an initial header from Jays Cabia off the line.
00:20But on the rebound, Currie pounced to slam the ball beyond the reach of Miles Roberts.
00:25And it was an end-to-end clash right from the first minute, really.
00:29And, yeah, Christy Pym was forced into a number of saves.
00:35Lewis Warrington struck one from distance and he got down low to his right-hand side to beat the ball away.
00:42Charlie Lakin was foiled from close quarters.
00:47And Jamie Jealous had a header saved just before half-time.
00:50And Cabia was a real threat for Grimsby.
00:53And his effort was turned on to the post expertly by Miles Roberts.
00:58But in the second half, Dan Cox unleashed a rocket from distance which crashed against the upright.
01:06And then, you know, after Grimsby scored, Kieran Green had an effort that was thumped away by Miles Roberts.
01:15And, yeah, the moment of controversy came.
01:17And, to be honest, I've not seen the replay back yet.
01:20But Matt Sadler, in his post-match interview, said he felt that the wrong call was made as Albert Odoma had a goal disallowed for offside in the 79th minute.
01:32It was knocked down by Dan Cox.
01:34And Albert Odoma headed in on the goal line.
01:39So, yeah, Matt Sadler felt the wrong call was reached there.
01:40But, you know, the real disappointment as well of this evening was a double injury blow.
01:47Johnny Stuttle went down injured and it looked like a really serious...
01:51Well, both are suspected of the injuries, actually, because Mason Hancock went down in the second half as well.
01:55He had to be stretched off.
01:57Johnny Stuttle was able to limp off, but it didn't look great for either.
02:00And, you know, Matt Sadler was unable to really provide much clarity on that.
02:05But he did fear that, you know, both could be sort of out for significant periods, which is a real shame for the two summer signings.
02:14Questions were asked as well about Vincent Harper, Brandon Comley, Evan Weir.
02:18None of those in the squad today.
02:21No injuries for any of those, just purely selection-based.
02:25So, yeah, the only injuries are for Stuttle and Hancock.
02:29And, you know, I'll ask for an update on that on Thursday as well.
