A major disaster has struck Baltimore Harbour again as the W-Sapphire cargo ship burst into flames near the Francis Scott Key Bridge reconstruction zone. Fortunately, all 23 crew members and two pilots are safe. This incident comes less than a year after the Key Bridge collapse that claimed six lives.
