00:30the third united nations conference on landlock developing countries held in awaza turkmenistan

00:36convened world leaders international policy makers and key stakeholders to chart a path

00:41forward for 32 landlock nations the conference themed driving progress through partnerships

00:48served as a crucial platform to address structural challenges mobilize investment

00:53and implement the newly adopted awaza program of action

00:56the program sets out a 10-year blueprint to overcome structural barriers

01:05that can turn vulnerability into opportunity

04:15at the heart of transformation this forum was not just discussion it was a turning point that young people are not

04:22only beneficiaries but co-creators of our collective future as drivers of economic transformation social cohesion

04:31and international peace on the final day delegates endorsed the awaza program of action adopted the awaza

04:37political declaration a 10-year plan to drive economic transformation strengthen regional trade improve

04:43infrastructure boost climate resilience and unlock financing its legacy will depend on whether the
