00:00and i think i think they're 10 or 11 games at the end of last season

00:13without a defeat winning and winning and drawing um you look at the start to the season and the

00:21lack of fear they have whether they're going to mansfield away starting at home to exeter who

00:26are a good side in the division or going up to millsborough um with making changes and up

00:31against a really good team they're not fussed they're um they're used to winning they're a side

00:37that have been settled and have a manager with settled ideas so full credit to them they've

00:46they've made a wonderful start they've adapted really well um i've liked lots of what i've seen

00:53from them and it can absolutely that's that feeling that they have within the football club

00:58within their group from from staff from manager can absolutely be a help to them so yeah we have

01:05to guard against that and be really mindful what's it like being in a dressing room like that when it

01:09when it feels like it's you against the world and everything is going for you um well you're right

01:15in that i have been part of a group that's had some very special moments and been on a very special

01:20journey um but what i will say is there's there was never a moment within any of that where i felt

01:29comfortable or i had an expectancy that we were going to arrive at a destination it really did come

01:37down to hard work and process um and concentration on the next performance um and i'm pretty certain

01:44that grant mccann and his team have put in some really good process and have some really good ideas

01:49structure um and have a group that have really bought into an idea and have a belief and trust

01:55around it that's given them a chance to win games every week so um i'm also pretty certain that um

02:02doncastle will have a really healthy fear of everybody else in the division and that will be driving

02:08them on as well so um yeah it's important um and it's dangerous for us but it's one we look forward
