Steve Bruce has urged Blackpool fans to get behind goalkeeper Bailey Peacock-Farrell following a difficult start to life at Bloomfield Road for the Birmingham City loanee.
00:00I was pleased that the supporters reacted to what the players have done on the pitch and in the end I have to thank them, they were magnificent in their support and helped us enormously and a little one to them though, we've got to get behind the goalkeeper a little bit and show them a bit of support.
00:18Do you feel like we need to come out and defend him?
00:20Yeah I think we need to defend him, look we've all had a bad couple of weeks out, I think getting beat 5, getting beat 3 and letting goals in, I think he's been a little bit of the scapegoat, we've analysed the goals, he's at fault for one goal here, we please hand him, I think he's just bare the brunt of the frustration of everybody.
00:38How has he been off the pitch, is he feeling it or is he just getting on with it?
00:41Look everybody, everybody needs a partner back there, sometimes, sometimes, sometimes you need a rocket up the backside or whatever you need, you need a stick to hit them with now and again but I know he'll be okay, he's shown enough in training, technically he's very very good so you never lose your ability.
