00:00I think there was a moment when I played for Australia when we first started Samoa in Tiantil and I think the anthems were playing and my mind started racing back lots of memories with my mum and making us sing their national anthem for Samoa a lot in the back of the car and I think that came to mind and I think from that moment onwards I'm going to play for Samoa and represent my mum's side, this whole four side and really make them proud of my grandparents as well.
00:30So it means the world to me, I grew up around my grandparents a lot and my mum's side and my uncle Mark, Hannah knows their best mates and he played for the tour Samoa as well and I remember always watching him doing the C4T and all that and I always wanted to do it and I used to always do it in front of the TV so I get my moment now to play for Samoa, something I've always wanted to do and I'm just privileged and blessed to be here now.
00:53It's a great privilege for us to have Payne join us and represent Samoa. We're looking to have players of great quality join us and build a really strong team and we're not just representing the country, we're representing all Samoans throughout the world and to be able to add someone of Payne's playing quality and quality as a person is just a great responsibility for me as a coach.
