00:21In this video, I'll walk you through how to install the latest version of Android TV on your Mac,
00:26and set it up for dual boot so you can switch between macOS and Android TV anytime.
00:32And if you're on Windows or prefer installing it on a USB drive instead of your internal storage, the process is exactly the same.
00:40First, download the Android TV ISO file. I've left the download link in the video description below.
00:47Once it's downloaded, we'll create a small partition on your hard drive for Android TV.
00:52If you're on a Mac, open the Disk Utility app.
00:55If you're on a PC, you can use any partition tool of your choice.
01:00Now, in Disk Utility, go to the View menu and select Show All Devices.
01:05Click on the top level of your hard drive, not just a volume.
01:08Then click the Partition button.
01:12Click the Plus button to add a new partition.
01:14Choose the size you want to allocate to Android TV.
01:20It really depends on how many games and apps you plan to install.
01:23Usually 4 to 5 GB is more than enough for this setup.
01:27Give your new partition a name, set the format to fat,
01:31and click Apply to finish.
01:33Next, go to your Downloads folder and mount the Android TV ISO file.
01:53Once it's mounted, copy all the contents from the ISO and paste them into your newly created partition.

02:17From the Boot menu, choose EFI, and Android TV will start loading.
