04:08You're looking at me like, oh, you're crazy.

04:19This is the confidence we have in approaching God, that if we ask for anything according to his will, he will hear us.
04:27If I ask anything according to God's will, anything according to his plan and purpose for my life, he will hear me.
04:41Anything in God's will.
04:43What is in God's will?
04:45His will for me to be saved.
04:48His will is for me to live in righteousness.
04:51His will for me is to be holy.
04:53Holy.
04:57I want to increase in that according to his plan and purpose and his will for my life.
05:02His will for his will is not for me to focus on earthly things that have no value, that have no purpose.
05:11If I ask for anything according to his will, this is what the word says.
05:22Not my own will, but his will, according to his will and purpose for my life.
05:29I need an increase.
05:33I need an increase in the spirit.
05:37I need an increase in righteousness.
05:39Right?
05:41Not in my own will, but in God's will.
05:49I don't need an increase on my desires.
05:53The desires of the flesh.
05:54The desires of my wants.
05:57My wants should be what God wants for my life.
06:01My wants should be God's wants for my life.
06:04God's will for my life.
06:05If I ask for anything according to his will, what is his will for my life?
06:13For me to be righteous.
06:14For me to be holy.
06:17For me to live in the spirit of God, not by the flesh.
06:21I don't need to increase in logos and brands.
06:26I don't need to increase in logos and brands and all those worldly things.
06:36All those worldly things is like accepting the things of the devil.
06:39Well, why do I say that?
06:44All those worldly things is like accepting the offer from the devil.
06:50Why do I say that?
06:52Why do I say this?
06:55Wasn't it the devil that offered Jesus the world?
06:59Wasn't it the devil that offered Jesus the world?
07:00I'll give you the world if you Jesus rebuked him.
07:04Are you rebuking the devil?
07:06The devil is telling you, you need these logos.
07:08You need these brands.
07:10You need to continue to work and buy these things.
07:13You need to buy all these things.
07:14You need this in your life.
07:19You praying for these things?
07:23I need to pray for the will of God in my life.
07:29I want the will of God in my life.
07:30I want earthly, I want not earthly things.
07:33I want heavenly things.
07:35Not earthly things, but heavenly things.
07:36I need to value heavenly things.
07:40I don't need earthly things in my life.
07:44I don't need the flesh in my life.
07:50I don't need that.
07:52So what I'm praying for, I'm praying for God's will, right?
07:56What is God's will for you to be saved?
07:59For you to be holy.
08:03For you to be righteous.
08:10Also in Matthew 4, 8.
08:14Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and in their splendor.
08:20And it's also written in 1 John 2, 15 through 17.
08:27Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world.
08:30And if a man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
08:34And I know some of you guys, well, the things that I want is not causing me to sin.
08:39The things that I want is not causing me to sin.
08:43But you love those things more than you love God.
08:46And when you love those things more than you love God, and this is what you desire, this is what you value.
08:52What does it say in 1 John 2, 15 through 17?
08:55Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world.
08:58And if any man loves the world, if any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
09:04Why would I want to increase in something on earth that has no value?
09:08So if you go to a church and all they're talking about increase, increase in your finances and in your money,
09:18why would I want to increase in that, that is here today and thrown into the fire?
09:23I need to increase in the Spirit of God.
09:25I need to increase in righteousness.
09:26I need to increase in holiness.
09:30I need to increase in the image and likeness of God.
09:32Why?
09:38You got to tell your pastor, no, no, no, no, no.
09:47Increase in heavenly things.
09:49I love not the world, neither things in the world, because I love God.
09:58I know where my help comes from.
10:01I know who's my source.
10:04So I don't need to increase on earthly things.
10:08I need to increase in the Spirit and heavenly things.
10:15Why do they need to value things that a person can come in and rob, right?
10:24But if I treasure on heavenly things, they can't rob and steal that.
10:31They cannot rob and steal that.
10:40So why do I say these things?
10:45Because the devil offered Jesus the world, and Jesus rebuked the devil.
10:51He offered Jesus the world, and Jesus rebuked him.
10:54Jesus is no different from us, right?
11:01Jesus walked on earth.
11:03He is no different from us.
11:05He rebuked it and did God's will.
11:08He came to do the will of God.
11:11So Jesus is showing you how to rebuke the devil.
11:17The devil is offering you, saying, you need this.
11:19You need this iPhone.
11:21You need this.
11:22You need this brand.
11:22You need that.
11:23You need to buy this.
11:24You need to buy this.
11:24And you're working for these things that you don't need.
11:28Rebuke the devil.
11:35Rebuke the devil.
11:35Are you rebuking the devil?
11:38Are you allowing the devil to tell you what you need?
11:45See, I need an increase, but not on earthly things, but the things of God.
11:51I need an increase in the spirit of God, not earthly things.
11:58Seek ye first the kingdom of heaven, the righteousness and the glory of God.
12:02Seek ye first that.
12:03I know that I know what God can do for me.
12:08I know what God can do for me.
12:10It's evident.
12:12It is evident.
12:16The sun shines.
12:19God rains.
12:22Things grow.
12:24We know what God can do for us.
12:28In fact, it's the breath that we breathe.

12:33It's his breath that we breathe.
12:35It's his breath that we are a living soul.
12:39So I know what God can do for me.
12:43But what can I do for God?
12:44What is this internal battle?
12:53What is this internal battle?
12:58You ask for an increase.
13:02For what?
13:05So you can glorify yourselves?
13:07Why do I say such things?
13:10Why do I say such things?
13:14It is written in James 4, 1 through 9.
13:18What causes fights and queries among you?
13:20Don't they come from your desire that battles within you?
13:29You're battling on the inside because you desire something.
13:33And because you can't have it, what do you do?
13:38You steal.
13:40You kill.
13:41You fight.
13:42You get upset.
13:45Because you want these things, right?
13:47You want something that does not belong to you.
13:50We are called to the glory of God.
13:55We are children of God.
13:58We don't need those things that the devil is telling us that we have to buy.
14:01And we need these things in our lives.
14:03We don't need what the Western world is telling us that we need.
14:06We don't need that stuff.
14:08But if you're fighting, ready to steal, you're ready to kill for these things.
14:12See, the devil is a thief.
14:16The devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy.
14:18And the devil went around the world collecting these things.
14:21And he wants to sell it to you and tell you, you need these things.
14:25So what causes fights among you?
14:27Don't they come from your desire that battles within you?
14:30Because you're battling.
14:31Because you want these things.
14:33You desire, but you do not have.
14:35So you kill.
14:36You covet.
14:37But you cannot get what you want.
14:40So you query and you fight.
14:43You do not have because you don't ask God.
14:45You don't have because you don't ask God.
14:50And we ain't talking about material possessions here.
14:52You don't ask God.
14:55You don't have because you don't ask God.
15:01And when you ask, you do not receive because you ask with wrong motives.
15:06That you may spend on what pleases you.
15:08So when you do ask God, you ask God for the wrong things.
15:14You ask God for things that pleases you, but not pleases him.
15:19So you don't have because you don't ask God.
15:24And I'm not talking about material things.
15:25You don't have the will of God.
15:28You don't have the spirit of God.
15:30You don't have the nature of God.
15:33Because that's what you should be asking for.
15:36You should ask God what he has plenty of.
15:39But you don't ask God what he has plenty of.
15:41You want things that is what the devil is offering you.
15:46You want what the devil is offering you.
15:48So the devil is offering you stuff.
15:50He goes to and colonize and steal and produce things.
15:55And you want the things that the devil is producing.
15:57So you have, you know, you don't have because you do not ask God.
16:05What you ask, you do not receive because you ask with wrong motives.
16:08That you may spend what you, that you may spend for things that pleasures you, but not pleasures God.
16:19You adulterous people.
16:21Why are you adulterous people?
16:22Because you believe in God, but you don't want what God has to offer.
16:30You want something else that God does not offer.
16:34So you are adulterous people.
16:37You don't want, if you're married, you don't want what your wife has to offer.
16:40You don't want what your husband has to offer.
16:42You want what something else somebody else has to offer.
16:44So you are adulterous people.
16:45Don't you know that friendship with the world is enmity against God?
16:50And therefore, anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God.
16:57How do you choose to be a friend of the world?
17:03Because you want what the devil has to offer.
17:05When Jesus was tempted by the devil, the devil told Jesus, I give you the world.
17:12Jesus rebuked him.
17:14Are you rebuking the devil?
17:15Are you accepting what the devil has to produce?
17:18Yes.
17:21And so if you're saying God, you want the ways of God.
17:27On the other hand, you said you want, but you want, you want to compromise.
17:32So if you want to compromise, you want the things that are produced by the devil.
17:37Which one?
17:39You can't love them both.
17:40You're adulterous people.
17:45Don't you know that friendship with the world is enmity with God?
17:48And therefore, anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God.
17:51Or do you think that scripture says without reason that God is a jealous God, longs for your spirit.
18:03He has caused to dwell in us.
18:05He wants the spirit that he caused to dwell in us.
18:11Increase in the spirit, not on earthly things.
18:16But he gives us more grace.
18:20He gives us more grace, right?
18:22Why does he give us more grace?
18:23Because he's waiting for us to wake up.
18:26He loves us.
18:27He's waiting for us to wake up.
18:29This is why the scripture says, God opposes the proud, but shows favor to the humble.
18:35I'm going to humble myself.
18:40I'm going to humble myself.
18:43Because I know that I'm going to rest in God.
18:45I'm going to humble myself and rest in God.
18:47Because he is my source.
18:50I'm going to live in the spirit.
18:52I'm going to humble myself.
18:54And no, it's not my will, but God's will.
18:58I'm going to lose my life, lose this earthly way of life, and gain my life in Christ.
19:07And gain my life in the will of God.
19:12Submit yourself then to God and resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
19:20Only reason why the devil's messing with you is because you want to buy his products.
19:23You know, he's producing something, and you want what he's producing.
19:32Resist the devil, and he will flee.
19:34Come near to God, and he will come near to you.
19:38Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
19:42What?
19:43Why are you double-minded?
19:44One minute you said, I want to do God's will.
19:47Next minute you won't.
19:49But the devil's producing.
19:50I need to increase my brothers and sisters, but not on earthly things, but in the spirit of God.
19:59Not in earthly possessions, but in the spirit of God.
