00:00The only spirituality is to know that there can be no self-help.

00:05The greatest arrogance of the ego lies in claiming that it can be of help to itself.

00:11The great self that which you really are needs no help

00:15and that self which you assume yourself to be is always in need of help.

00:22Unfortunately, it itself becomes the helper also.

00:28So, the wise one, the settled one, the relaxed one feels no need for help.

00:37So, there is no question of self-help in his case.

00:41There are others who feel the need to be helped.

00:48The one who feels the need to be helped, unfortunately, also decides to become his own helper.

00:58And that is the whole absurdity and the tragedy of this.
