00:04When you love somebody,

00:05do you want to stop short of giving them the highest possible?

00:09Similarly, when you love yourself,

00:11would you stop short of giving yourself the highest possible?

00:16The highest possible is not contained in pleasure nor in happiness.

00:22Both pleasure and happiness leave you craving for more.

00:27And you know that, have you not?

00:28We all have experienced pleasure.

00:30We all have experienced happiness as well.

00:32Have they ever been sufficient and final?

00:36Never.

00:37Therefore, if you love yourself,

00:39then it is not pleasure or happiness or gratification that you want to provide yourself.

00:44You want to give yourself something that lasts,

00:47something that is trustworthy,

00:49something you can pose your faith on.
