00:00:00it's still real to me damn it hey everybody welcome to still real to me joseph shaking his
00:00:17head i hit the wrong clip joseph my fault anyway joseph hughes the rabbit beaver on here qb1
00:00:25randy cunningham i'm the help with chenny with our special guest tonight the let me emphasize that
00:00:32again the most successful man in the nwa carson b break thanks for joining us tonight man i knew you
00:00:44were welcome it's a it's honor and a privilege to have you on here and uh i know uh you know just
00:00:52having somebody on here that makes a little girl cry at a wrestling match i mean it's it's it's well
00:00:57worth having you on here she we can get into that uh but she kind of led herself to that point but
00:01:06it's whatever
00:01:07absolutely joseph's still shaking his head joseph joseph do we need to get you some flex all because
00:01:16sound like you're gonna be shaking your head a lot tonight could be one ask questions buddy
00:01:22look i'm just honored to have a carson drake on the network we're very lucky to have you today sir
00:01:27thank you for i know full of time uh carson i wanted to start with your exodus career and where
00:01:35you started let's uh go back to that i i know you're an exceptional athlete uh i thought about today
00:01:42are you wrestling's version of patrick mahomes the young successful i would say yeah but like
00:01:51patrick mahomes isn't like that good uh i also don't watch football i don't watch anything i don't do
00:01:57uh so i'd say i'm more of this generation's stefano riccio uh which he's an italian uh he makes
00:02:09briefcases and they're probably the best in the world so i'd say i'm like that version
00:02:14of of wrestling you know uh us commoners wouldn't know that term but i accept that's beyond our
00:02:23understanding uh when i see you i often learn facts uh what what's your background i know you're
00:02:34california and yeah you're just knowledgeable to us um well i'm from huntington beach california also
00:02:46lived in long beach uh parents also have a home in um venice and then there's some other just a lot of
00:02:53the west coast i won't say what high school i went to it's private the school but also the the fact of
00:03:01where i went um but you know played did water polo for a while uh we had a surf team wasn't really
00:03:12a team but it was more of a class uh surf class uh did lacrosse volleyball for a very short period
00:03:20uh wrestled played football for a very short period realized that football was stupid stopped playing it
00:03:27got back into wrestling and uh lacrosse uh there's a couple others but not as important as you know
00:03:36water polo lacrosse wrestling
00:03:38were they uh influence in the water polo world or the wrestling world that brought young carson drake to
00:03:49the forefront of pro wrestling um other i would say the fact that water polo is the hardest sport to
00:03:59play ever uh not even not even a question i played golf too but that's more hard mentally uh which is
00:04:06why successful people tend to play it and i know that there's usually a uh usually kind of a dichotomy
00:04:14of people that that say stuck up rich people play golf it just happens to be the fact that you have
00:04:20to be smart to play golf but with water polo it's like playing football and wrestling but in the water
00:04:29and also you can't just play it at every single school so it was just kind of cool to do something
00:04:36that not everybody else could do and be really really good at it which is kind of the reason why i got
00:04:41into wrestling i don't need to do professional wrestling but it gives me uh some a sort of
00:04:48satisfaction to know you know there's a lot of guys out there who i feel like really stake their
00:04:56whole lives on this and i mean they you know they'll say you know they miss birthdays they miss
00:05:02anniversaries they miss funerals whatever uh and it feels kind of good it's one of those things where i
00:05:08don't try half as hard uh as a lot of these guys but i make triple the money
00:05:14i like a uh gosh who's the guy there's a lot of guys that uh which will get to it nwa jcp
00:05:23and they're they're clawing i mean i'm i've i'll i accidentally walk back into the locker room
00:05:28sometimes and i'll see dudes and they're they're trying their hardest uh and it just makes me it makes
00:05:35me laugh joseph we'll come to you after this question there was i we we spoke uh at the latest
00:05:43jcp event where you did take the jcp heavyweight title away from one silas mason and a triple threat
00:05:53with dalton mckenzie and i asked you how you were doing and you answered me this is too easy you don't
00:05:59understand what is the words it's too easy to you mean when you say it to me as a reporter
00:06:07i feel like a lot of people talk about how how difficult wrestling is it's not uh i mean it might
00:06:15be difficult for like people that shouldn't be doing it but i've kind of came to it very easily
00:06:22um early on maybe had some difficult things to figure out but i figured it out pretty quick
00:06:31uh i've also been taught by some of the best people uh in the world in professional wrestling
00:06:36so that probably also made it easier but you could have the smartest teacher of all time
00:06:43but if you're trying to teach a rock like you know it's just not going to pick it up
00:06:47but it's just it's too easy joseph i will give you mr drake to ask some questions and again we are
00:06:57very privileged to have such an honored guest here on river city media carson first and foremost i want
00:07:04to go back a little bit with the nwa i want to talk about how you became friends or associates
00:07:11with the slime balls and what type of a dynamic is that with you
00:07:17not that this has always been a weird one to explain and that's why i love guys like aaron stevens
00:07:25um because they get it my entire life i feel like
00:07:29i'll get with you know when i was in you know high school middle school uh early college whatever
00:07:37getting with people you know women friends whatever it may be there's this energy of
00:07:45are they with me just because of who my parents are the money uh and not just me
00:07:51which is not the easiest thing to kind of go through and people just don't really get that
00:07:59it's more of a judgmental thing um they think there's no problems that come with along you know
00:08:03being successful having a successful family but there are uh things like that so when it comes
00:08:09to people like the slime balls who aggravate me to no end i know that they are not friends with me
00:08:21for the money because they don't care about money obviously look at them um i've tried um i got them
00:08:30suits this is actually a real story i got them suits and the second that we left the tailor after
00:08:36getting everything sized they dropped them into a puddle of something i don't know what it was but
00:08:42they dropped them into a puddle of something picked them up put them on wore them to an exodus show
00:08:46and and but it's that they just it's one of those things where there's not what's the phrase
00:08:53you keep your circle small because you don't know who's actually in the circle so guys like the slime
00:09:01balls um you it's it's like uh it's like you know when you get a dog you know you know the dog loves
00:09:10you unconditionally it's not just loving you because you feed it it loves you because it's just what they
00:09:16do oh come on carson they were eating out of trash cans out of oscar the grouch's trash can in tampa
00:09:22a couple months ago and you came along and decided to feed them and i guess they got some sense of
00:09:26loyalty to you ever since that happened if that's what it is that's what it is but i know they're not
00:09:33you know i know they're not there just for the financial gain of being friends with me
00:09:37you know i've tried to take them out i mean aaron have gone out to nice uh god what's the name of
00:09:42the restaurant i won't say because i don't want people going to but it's in tampa and i love doing
00:09:46tapings in tampa uh because we get to go to this restaurant every time and we try to invite them
00:09:50but they don't have clothes that they can physically wear to it and i know that they're
00:09:56not using me because they've never asked me to buy clothes so that they can go with us so it's one
00:10:01of those things uh they're good friends they're good friends because i know they're not using me
00:10:09but they'll do anything for a dollar they'll make you holler for a dollar they don't do it for money
00:10:16they they do it just because i i have never given them a single cent
00:10:20i don't know i don't know carson it doesn't seem that way when you're on camera with them it looks
00:10:27like they respect you because of how you pay them and what you pay them to do for you
00:10:33i don't know i don't know if aaron stevens is is paying something on the side
00:10:40but um i'm trying to think when the first time we met was
00:10:45gosh what was it i think it was at exodus i'm pretty sure
00:10:50what were we doing i don't i don't even remember what we were doing
00:10:56but i think i remember what it was they used to have this really nerdy interviewer named josh
00:11:01and i had finished a match and i think uh that we were all doing a backstage segment and he started
00:11:08running his mouth to me uh after he had already ran in his mouth to them and they i think they
00:11:14like they poured a jug of something on him i don't know what it was but it was yellow and something
00:11:20about that really spoke to me uh and it's almost like we're filthy rich i think that's an apt term
00:11:28that's a good term let's move forward a little bit now i'm going to throw a little salt in the wound
00:11:33here carson and i'm sorry that i've got to do it but somebody has to be the real interviewer here
00:11:37we saw recently that you lost that television title to brian idol explain it a little bit to us
00:11:45about how you feel and what you're looking for in the days to come
00:11:49i didn't i didn't first off didn't lose it to brian idol i cashed it in for a shot at the world title
00:11:59and if you watch the match back tom latimer cheated so i went to billy and i went to joe kazana
00:12:04and i went to aaron stevens and i said hey uh i think i deserve to have the tv title back
00:12:11considering didn't lose it um tom latimer cheated they said no you're gonna have to wrestle for it i
00:12:19said fine whatever i'll do it so they put me in a match with brian idol for the tv title
00:12:24not only did brian idol also cheat the same way that tom latimer did um when i went back
00:12:33again and asked for a shot again for the title that i didn't lose that i relinquished
00:12:40they said no so i'm going to go a different avenue in the nwa but i can guarantee you the next time
00:12:50i wrestle tom latimer for the world title i will be the world heavyweight champion
00:12:55carson i don't know how the viewers can trust you especially when you want to beat up pastors
00:13:02like pastor silo at exodus
00:13:05i don't what what does he believe in i don't even i don't even understand exactly what his whole faith is
00:13:14um yeah we just wrestled at exodus uh and i told everybody we shouldn't uh i'm still tired first
00:13:23off i have a briefcase i don't have it here uh it's with aaron again but i have a briefcase for a
00:13:29shot number one contendership uh for the nwa exodus midwest heavyweight championship and i keep telling
00:13:36them i should just get a match with dante i don't even want to cash it in but i will
00:13:41but they put me in there with c-lo and bobby slam shut up and they put me in there with c-lo
00:13:50a man who i again i don't know what he believes in uh but he must
00:13:58get bobby slam that suit in your picture doesn't fit you uh
00:14:06but no uh c-lo clearly does not have enough faith in himself because if he did uh he wouldn't
00:14:19have accepted the match first off and it's just him out i know him out you broke his neck he left
00:14:26in a cast i know is it's it's insane and you'd think for somebody who wanted to you know stop being
00:14:35a pastor pastor never even matter who wanted to stop being a pastor and start being a wrestler
00:14:41you'd think they'd learn the fundamentals of being able to reverse a sleeper hold
00:14:46but he didn't and in fact and actually this is true i started taking jujitsu uh i'm already a blue
00:14:53belt it's pretty sweet and i learned that and uh i've already claimed my first victim with it which is
00:15:00crazy speaking of victims uh in world league wrestling where you are currently the heavyweight
00:15:10champion uh you faced one camaro jackson not too long back and defeated him but some would say
00:15:18that's kind of a slippery little slope of a victory you got what would you say to that
00:15:22i don't understand how it's slippery uh st louis it was dry it was dry heat uh i literally it's weird
00:15:31i said i was going to come in and i said i was going to beat him for the wlw title so i came in
00:15:39and i beat him for the wlw title on the first shot and i don't understand where the problems came from
00:15:49but i continue to do i just i keep doing that where i say i'm going to do something
00:15:54and then i just do it and it blows people's minds i
00:15:58it blew my mind especially the way you won i know that you're trying to avoid that
00:16:06and trying to push it to the side cars i did nothing except beat him i beat oh come on carson come on
00:16:15do we have footage no uh because i do if you go to my instagram it's carson underscore drake underscore
00:16:22i promise you the footage is there he walks backwards crushed him one two three i celebrated
00:16:29i did nothing wrong i didn't pull his hair he doesn't have any hair to pull uh i didn't poke his eyes
00:16:37i didn't uh i didn't cheat i did nothing wrong carson you're gonna sit here and beat up a pastor
00:16:47and then expect everybody to believe you believe that you did absolutely nothing wrong and that you
00:16:52are just the smartest man the wisest man and the richest man and the most successful man that the nwa
00:16:59has ever seen yes and here's how i'll phrase it sure somebody from camaro jackson's past came out and
00:17:08got in his business but you know what that's not my fault okay if camaro jackson cheats on his
00:17:14girlfriend and then his girlfriend keys his car and something happens in the midst of that happening
00:17:21that's not my fault you know what i mean no just because he's a bad person just because he's a bad
00:17:28person and moses who used to be a friend of his me and moses talk now all the time and moses tells me
00:17:38that he really wasn't that good of a person and it's always the people who camaro said that this
00:17:46is all moses's fault but it's always the people who say stuff like that in relationships that are
00:17:52usually the ones that that weren't listening the entire time and moses tells me stuff that i'm i
00:17:57if if they were a couple camaro would probably go to jail i don't know i mean it was almost abusive
00:18:06an abusive relationship and moses left and camaro kind of made him leave and now moses comes back and
00:18:13just wants to talk to him and it's my fault yeah okay all right all right i think i think what i think
00:18:22would have been on that one though carson i think what should probably happen is before camaro jackson
00:18:27decides to defend the nwa world league wrestling heavyweight title he should probably get all of
00:18:33his personal business uh you know figured out because when i go to the ring i don't go to the
00:18:39ring with anything else on my mind besides the wrestling match i don't i don't burn bridges with other
00:18:44people um touche carson drake touche i don't know i just because i think you were on the same page
00:18:54with somebody named dalton mckenzie at uh nwa jcp and it seemed like you burn a bridge there to get
00:19:01that gold to get that heavyweight gold burn a bridge with all that i mean don't have never been friends
00:19:08he's he is probably the loudest and most obnoxious person i've ever met next to uncle jack right
00:19:17jack i can't okay so here's my issue with jack vaughn and then we'll get to dalton mckenzie
00:19:23my issue with jack vaughn is he sits in the back he makes tiktok videos cool dude you and every 16 year
00:19:30old do and he expects everybody to think he's cool because he does that yeah all right buddy yeah next
00:19:37time you get a million views on tiktok you let me know about it and tell me how much money you made
00:19:42it he's that close baby just that close yeah but dalton mckenzie first off if you remember
00:19:53the caldwell cup tournament i won the caldwell cup you did i beat dalton right you did so i should
00:20:00have wrestled silas for the title in a singles match uh and then joe kazana first off the
00:20:07president of the territories i didn't vote for him uh i don't vote in general but joe kazana is
00:20:12such a terrible president of the territories he almost made me vote for a woman and the issue with
00:20:19that and he does stuff like that where he just says dalton you're just in the match now in a triple
00:20:23threat why i want to know what's going on there well let's just say dalton mckenzie may have had a
00:20:32claim especially since him and jack vaughn aren't able to fight for those tag team titles that they
00:20:37were promised over six months ago i mean why did that happen i think somebody tucked could run on
00:20:44them i think they were called the blockbusters do you remember that carson i don't know who the
00:20:50blockbusters are oh that's the british dudes yeah i don't like them either particularly but
00:20:56you know tag team champions well you just spoke about it a little bit you said that you're not
00:21:02really a particular fan of one joe kazana and do you think that those words will come to hurt you
00:21:09especially going live and talking like this in front of thousands of people sure those words you know
00:21:15what i bet joe kazana will retaliate and that's why i didn't vote for him because he's the type of
00:21:23person where somebody is just speaking their mind and he's going to go and attack them i mean
00:21:29let's pretend for a second that if somebody were running their mouth and then the president came
00:21:37and started punishing them for it wouldn't everybody think that's kind of wrong
00:21:42but joe kazana can do it yeah right well carson i think you have a point and i think there's some
00:21:47other people who have pointed this out here recently you know i do have a point i think dalton
00:21:51mckenzie i think jack vaughn i think aj and casey are in joe kazana's pockets i think joe kazana's
00:21:58giving them preferential treatment because there's no way dalton should have been in that triple threat
00:22:02jack vaughn shouldn't even be at i mean they shouldn't even have gotten a tag team match because
00:22:08let's not forget he won that in the ladder match for tag teams dalton went in by himself
00:22:13wasn't a tag team uh so there's just consistent preferential treatment for dalton i want to know
00:22:20what dalton and joe have uh kind of in cahoots i'm gonna say this and i mean no disrespect to you
00:22:26sir maybe dalton makes the money for him you ever think of that i just don't see how that's a thing
00:22:35because me uh i am but you know i understand that now we spoke about it a little bit earlier we were
00:22:44talking about wrestling for a cause chattanooga and you were at matrosum con and you got to defend
00:22:49your titles titles multiple at matrosum con against aj kazana tell us a little bit about that sir
00:22:57i mean what else there to i beat i beat aj kazana i was defending the nwa world television title
00:23:03uh i was also defending the nwa world league wrestling title i put them both on the line and i beat aj
00:23:10kazana is is that what we're going to go with sir
00:23:15i i don't know i just i wrestled brian i or i relinquished the title so clearly i beat aj
00:23:25which by the way can we just remember who put aj in that match again it's back to joe kazana
00:23:33that's very true that's very true and i see where you're going with it and i think plunky mentioned
00:23:38it as well a couple days ago on his social media where he was talking about special preferential
00:23:42treatment to the boys the kazana boys and uh i'm i'm starting to have my eyes opened here a little
00:23:49bit carson and i think that they're trying to stack the cards in their favor and i think that they believe
00:23:54you're weaker prey than the thrill billy silas mason was and they're trying to get those titles back
00:24:00into one of the kazana's hands that doesn't make any sense how how am i weaker prey than silas when i
00:24:10won not only did i beat silas i beat dalton so they're gonna have to use your mind to beat them
00:24:17you have to beat dalton they need to beat silas and then they can come fight me i don't think they
00:24:22could i mean i'm sorry joe i apologize i i know i'm throwing this out there and i'm just throwing you
00:24:27under the bus i don't think that they could beat the thrill billy silas mason i don't think that
00:24:32they could have been put in a match a three-way match like you were put in to win but you had
00:24:36something on your side you got that mind baby it's a miracle mind that you've got and you wait until
00:24:41just the right time to strike and not only did you strike you capitalize 3.9 gpa what can i say i'm not
00:24:49an idiot very true i'm gonna throw it back up to mr howie mr howie you got anything sir
00:24:55yes i got i got a few things uh uh mr drake is it okay if i call you mr drake
00:25:02yeah that's what yeah that's what a couple people call me okay it seems like to me when you're in the
00:25:09high school you quit a few sports and and i didn't quit if i didn't quit a few no no let me finish let
00:25:14me finish uh it seemed like you quit a few sports because you were so much better than everybody else
00:25:19that they kind of pushed you out
00:25:21i let me think i did
00:25:27trying to think of which ones i had lettered in
00:25:32lacrosse i did all four wrestling i did all four
00:25:38the water polo i did all four those are all different
00:25:42seasons of the year which was great the other ones like golf yeah
00:25:47there were some small issues there whatever football i just stopped doing it because everybody
00:25:53that played football was an idiot um and i'll stand by the fact football is one of the dumbest
00:25:58sports out there uh people who do it are stupid what are we doing
00:26:02i guess when you're in high school playing all these sports you probably got a room full of trophies
00:26:09uh everything that you want my parents do i don't keep any of that i i'm not a i'm just not the
00:26:16person to show off trophies of what i've done
00:26:22my parents keep them and it's probably they i don't want to say they have like a room but they
00:26:32have a separate room in one of the houses but yeah
00:26:37so let's get to you you know i i want to touch on the high school a little bit let's go to your
00:26:44professional career now knowing that every time you go into a match knowing that it's you against
00:26:50everybody and they're going to do whatever it takes to win to beat you how does it feel knowing
00:26:56that you gotta basically have your head on a swivel for every match well it sucks and thank you
00:27:02because i feel like whenever i go out there i feel like the referee is against me um i feel like the
00:27:09guy i'm wrestling is i don't know why but i feel like every time the guy i'm wrestling is allowed to
00:27:16break rules that i would get yelled at for and this happened in school all the time i would get yelled
00:27:24at for something that some stupid other kid could do and not get yelled at for and i never understood
00:27:30it but when i'm in the ring for some reason when i do something i get called out immediately the other
00:27:35guy does it they don't even get talked to
00:27:37yeah uh mr drake it's one of these things that if people could really if people really watch you
00:27:47in the ring they would say it's basically a handicap match every time you're in there because it's
00:27:52basically two on one three on one everybody against you i mean and it's and i don't get it
00:27:59i have to sit in my own area first off because
00:28:04small circle again but i have to sit my own area because people i don't understand it personally
00:28:12you could ask pretty much anybody i'm a really cool guy i give advice i'm super nice i'm funny
00:28:20but for some reason so many people just have this weird thing against me i don't understand it
00:28:27because you make children cry on a nightly basis
00:28:32and you take away their joy of life i didn't know i'm sorry you're you're being treated like this
00:28:42okay what what was the scenario give me the scenario well let's talk about matrotham con there was a nice
00:28:49little girl that came to you and asked you for an autograph and you uh you said some pretty hateful
00:28:53things to her and made her cry first off on that she asked me and i said money and she said i don't
00:29:01have any and i said that's crazy and i forget when when did we start allowing for people to just
00:29:10get stuff i don't i don't if i if i went over if i came over to your uh uh i don't know what do you
00:29:20call it um trailer if i came over to your trailer and i asked you hey can i have your the your wine
00:29:29your tv the wind up you went and you and i said for free you would go no but i'm the bad guy
00:29:38because first of all it'd be the nicest trailer you had ever been in carson drake and you would
00:29:44even admit that when you walked through and secondly we've been the dog in alabama royalty like carson
00:29:49drake come into my trailer park there would be no abscess of people being around you to try to get
00:29:54stuff from you but again this girl i get it she started crying the issue i had with her was is
00:30:04that they made the entire night about her it wasn't about her i was in the main event she went again
00:30:10it's like 7 30 they got her on the mic she's a six-year-old girl what has she done
00:30:18to deserve to be on the mic she survived cancer so is jack something like that have you ever fought
00:30:28something and got over something like that yeah i fought silas mason adult mckenzie in the main event
00:30:33of nwa jc oh come on and i'm on person my aunt was a cancer okay she was born during august but you
00:30:41don't see me walking out there and going oh check this out here's the thing i went out there
00:30:48and even though that little girl cried and everybody in that crowd wanted to kill me
00:30:53again i don't get it because they didn't get the whole story i still beat aj kazana
00:30:57potato potato mr drake potato potato qb1 potato potato isn't a thing potato is something stupid people
00:31:07say it's just i want to uh ask mr drake what he did with the the caldwell cup which we have an
00:31:17address with all your championships i'm personally a very fond of the caldwell family and their legacy
00:31:25to wrestling in the state of the tennessee you are the first caldwell cup winner i'm going to be the
00:31:32only caldwell cup winner because when it comes around next year i'm probably going to win that one too
00:31:36but uh the caldwell cup it's actually really funny i actually keep it and joe kazana has to fly it in
00:31:44every time and it costs him like 250 i could check it and just bring it myself but i find it so funny
00:31:53when he has to pay the bill on that
00:31:56do you um also uh you were talking about uh mr kazana's biased uh last event jcp event did you
00:32:11notice that kc had a mid-american heavyweight championship match with the man jack bond as the
00:32:22referee aj kind of seems like they're stacking the deck against jeremiah plunkett which by the way
00:32:31jeremiah plunkett 10 out of 10 wrestler one of the best to ever do it and they're gonna stack the deck
00:32:39i get why they'd stack the deck against jeremiah plunkett first off
00:32:42well on the same card uh aj kazana got a nwa world junior heavyweight championship match
00:32:54off a scale that was provided before the weigh-in and wrestled alex taylor were both of those matches
00:33:03in your mind examples of what you call the joe kazana effect
00:33:10you know what if aj kazana is a junior heavyweight then my aunt has wheels and handles because she
00:33:19must be a bicycle
00:33:20interesting hey before we go any farther there's one thing i wanted to ask you great great points
00:33:29on both of that um your appearance in the ring your your your wardrobe that you wear in the ring
00:33:34i i find it reminds me of a young roddy piper also wore stuff like this in the san francisco area
00:33:43he's uh were your designs made by designers or was it something expired about what other wrestlers
00:33:52wore in earlier periods so roddy piper overrated but all my gear uh aaron stevens knows a guy who knows
00:34:02a guy who does the design for my gear and then it gets sent off to somebody else they make it
00:34:07and then it goes back to me um so all my stuff is done through i don't i don't i don't like going
00:34:16over gear uh i get it's weird i actually okay so this is funny uh i found out i mean i guess i knew
00:34:26this was a thing but it's really impractical so most people they buy clothes they go to
00:34:33i don't know where to where where i don't know where i go to belt belt yeah people go to
00:34:42walmart or target i don't know i just never have um it's always been a thing of like my stuff just
00:34:51gets delivered so as a kid i never like i never went to a store it usually it got to me and sometimes
00:34:59i would try it on and then we would send it to another to the company or if we went into like a
00:35:05suit shop we would go in they would tailor it to me and then i would leave but i've never
00:35:13i never like went shopping for clothes there was always a person that kind of measured me
00:35:21checked what was in style and then it got delivered same thing with uh like christmas trees i found out
00:35:29this was i found out like two years ago three years ago that people don't get their trees delivered
00:35:34and decorated i don't myself yeah people go and get them which is which is i don't understand
00:35:44because how do you get the tree in the car but most people don't do that i've always we've always
00:35:51gotten it delivered and it's either pre-decorated or somebody comes and we pay them to decorate it
00:35:56uh mr drake a question about exodus pro i know it's a a the beginning of the story maybe
00:36:07there with you in this career in the nwa were they people that influenced your career at exodus pro
00:36:16or spent extra time with a young carson drake as he prepared for his future in the nwa
00:36:24early on ec3 i was one of those guys and i think uh i think me and ec3 have a lot in common
00:36:32we're both good looking we're both in great shape we're both horribly wealthy as much as he won't
00:36:38admit it anymore but and then it turned into aaron stevens who we talk every single day uh i kind of
00:36:46i sit under the learning tree of two of the smartest people in the world but uh i would say
00:36:53ec3 aaron stevens have kind of molded me into what you see now in professional wrestling
00:36:59one last question and then i'll go down to mr howard um you i want to go back to your high school
00:37:09career like um how he had done earlier that it's been said that for a normal person to look under the
00:37:17water in a water polo match would shock them by the violence and the contact under the water uh
00:37:26is is it is it that violence under the water in a water polo it's okay so it's factually pretty wild
00:37:32uh i've seen guys drown um you you'd be surprised what you can do in water that people can't see from
00:37:46above and that you can just get away with uh it is it is again not only one of the most violent sports
00:37:55there are again because of the water that's that's one of the hardest parts about it and it really turns
00:38:02you into almost like a super athlete
00:38:04again water polo lacrosse two hardest sports there are
00:38:12but i also recognize i also found out by the way in where was it we were in alabama i think
00:38:25water polo isn't a thing everywhere i found that out yes i found out some people
00:38:32don't know how to swim yes like there are people out that don't know how to swim
00:38:37you hang out with two of them but the the slime balls know how yeah i question the slime balls
00:38:46to swim well your face lit up uh under the water or do you enjoy the sheer contact and violence of a
00:38:58sport do you enjoy the violence of pro wrestling
00:39:01yes and no uh i hate getting hit it's
00:39:10i it it angers me to no end i will say the one thing that sets me off more often than not is when
00:39:20people touch my hair that it's getting hit in the nose and when people touch my hair and
00:39:29i can't stay one time tommy slimeball as a joke we're in the back and he just messed up my hair
00:39:38and i i broke his nose and i i felt bad i guess but
00:39:43it was fine he didn't care he rubbed it all over his face fixed it he's weird he poured lemon in his
00:39:52eyes like he took a lemon on cooking with carson he took a lemon and squirted it into his eyes so
00:39:57he doesn't care really about anything but i can't stand it
00:40:04joseph i'm going to turn it over but i mr drake i think we've seen
00:40:12almost pleasurable sadistic side to your personality when it comes to certain activities
00:40:21i don't know i wouldn't i wouldn't i think i keep it pretty even keel i don't think i uh
00:40:29i think i do pretty good at not losing my temper yes yes sir joseph would you take off
00:40:35with this uh conversation uh so you think you do pretty good at not losing your temper mr drake is
00:40:40that correct yes how did you beat a pastor what did you do to him mercilessly inside the ring
00:40:48you about broke his arm if i do recall correctly
00:40:51i think it's because he touched your hair too if he does it's hair he has for it i i didn't break
00:41:03if you watch it back i had him in a key lock super normal hold he got to the ropes i let it go
00:41:14and again i would watch what you would say here mr drake his lawyer is watching so you better watch
00:41:23what you say here you had him in the key lock
00:41:27this was sweaty and he and he's reaching for and he grabbed the rope yeah and then as i let go
00:41:37because the ref's counting to five and i let go at three and he pulled himself forward and that's
00:41:43i mean it's there are common things okay like if you're in a chokehold you're taught not to
00:41:49you know go forward you're taught to try to get your hands under it and if you're in uh if you're
00:41:55in an arm bar you're very obviously taught uh don't pull away because you're going to pop your shoulder
00:42:00out it's not my fault that he's not educated in what you're supposed and how you're supposed to do it
00:42:07i'm going to encourage all the fans out there to go back to the youtube page and watch the live
00:42:12territory showcase of nwa exodus pro watch the throne starting at two hours 12 minutes and 53
00:42:19seconds where mr carson drake comes out and see exactly what happened because i'm telling you
00:42:26you've been hanging around with some slimy people and that's one of the slimiest things you've ever done
00:42:31inside the ring i didn't get dq'd for anything i do because he didn't see it the referee the referee
00:42:41was right there there are no rules against any of it anything that happened i don't i didn't cheat
00:42:51that entire match the the entire match you didn't cheat not once no okay we're gonna go with that
00:43:02i'm gonna let you slide on that one this time mr drake but remember in the future it may not be
00:43:10pastor silo you might be facing it might be ec3 it might be cristiano ronaldo it could be ec3 three times
00:43:18it could be the real jaguar warrior dante casanova so isn't it crazy i don't know any okay another
00:43:28conspiracy isn't it weird that ec3 continuously protects dante casanova i have tried to cash in
00:43:36four or five times and every single time one person has came out and saved dante and i don't know why
00:43:45he continuously tries to protect dante or why you would want a champion that needs to constantly be
00:43:51protected like that personally dante casanova even though he's a jaguar i think uh what's the phrase
00:44:00about trying to bite something that's too big
00:44:02very true very he keeps trying to do that and i don't know why ec3 keeps getting involved in it but
00:44:14he does well carson your eyes might be bigger than your stomach on this one i'm just gonna fair
00:44:21warn you because dante casanova does not take lightly to threats and you know that you know that
00:44:27just like i do and he's up for a fight he's up for a challenge anytime is he because i keep i keep
00:44:34saying i want him but he refuses to wrestle me i don't get it but instead i have to wrestle pastor
00:44:42celo again but do you think it might be because you like to sit at ringside and have your fancy
00:44:50200 meals and sit and watch things that happen they shouldn't have offered the emperor's package
00:44:58if they didn't want somebody to buy it i'll give you that you've got me on that one but that still
00:45:07does not uh because i want to take that because i want to take the day off of a show i'm the bad guy
00:45:14darson you didn't take the day off of that show you actually got involved in that show dante threw i
00:45:19don't he was wrestling ag he threw ag into the table i had not touched him because had i touched
00:45:28him he got dq'd he didn't get dq'd he threw ag into the table and got involved but why am i being
00:45:36punished i am as i'm sitting in my car at a red light and a man comes up to me with a gun and i'm
00:45:42in trouble for shooting him that's insane have you ever heard the term guilty by association
00:45:48i don't associate with dante cast no but you associated yourself outside that ring
00:45:54to make your presence known to intimidate him and he was sending a message to you sir
00:46:00it's not my fault loud and clear look it's not my fault men are intimidated by me first off
00:46:05let mr drake can't cash it in don't protect him four or five times let the man simply cash
00:46:14in his briefcase i know me and ec3 have our problems we've been going at it uh since the
00:46:20first time i got to exodus but maybe after i win the nwa midwest heavyweight championship
00:46:27ec3 can wrestle me for it
00:46:30carson i know that you're a businessman an international businessman and you have your
00:46:37own business uh that's working through your pro wrestling tees and you are all the time trying
00:46:42to get people to buy your merchandise and you've uh you even got some new stuff that's over there
00:46:47you've got some i hate carson drake shirts you've got i take candy from babies uh you you got the ha
00:46:52ha it's me you've got several different versions of that and you got the money that's going on here
00:46:57most of my merchandise is now on national wrestling alliance.com uh slash the shop but uh
00:47:04that is some i forgot that even existed actually but yes that is up there
00:47:09well tell us a little bit about it because uh i just kind of get a fun one here after you try to
00:47:17yourself i take candy from babies do you support childhood obesity i don't support child abuse
00:47:25it's not child abuse children in america are heavier and fatter than ever so me taking candy and sweets
00:47:35and high processed sugars from children i don't understand how it's a bad thing
00:47:40all right carson i'll give you that one mr howie cheney do you have anything sir
00:47:46uh i don't know what you're thinking joseph but this man has made a lot of sense tonight
00:47:54complete so um again it's one of these weird things where i get attacked for nothing maybe
00:48:02it's because people don't understand and that's fine but i'm a good person for nothing you lie
00:48:09cheat and steal your way to the top just about in every promotion and i gotta give it to you you're
00:48:15one of the smartest and brilliant men in all of professional wrestling but my god if you cheated
00:48:20anymore you'd be eddie guerrero remade that's not at first off eddie guerrero super overrated i
00:48:26actually had a conversation about this who was it with whoever it was with eddie guerrero super
00:48:31overrated but yeah mr mr drake um i'm sorry the way you're being treated by the person down in the
00:48:40lower lower corner down there but uh uh i do have one question about this he keeps on bringing up the
00:48:48pastor breaking the pastor's arm uh did the he had a dislocated shoulder it wasn't broken
00:48:54yeah well himself did did the did the referee ever disqualify you or tell you to stop because it was
00:49:02illegal did not because it's not illegal first off in the actual in the rules the only the match could
00:49:10have been thrown out had celo given up and let's so we'll give him that dislocated a shoulder
00:49:14but he kept going i mean that could have happened anytime in any other format he could have punched
00:49:25me in the face and dislocated his own shoulder and then the match could have been thrown out and i
00:49:30would have won but you know what in in pastor celo dislocate shoulder keeps going that's a warrior
00:49:37um we have a comment here and i'd like to hear your i bet we do have a comment yeah and and it's from
00:49:44one bobby slam unfortunately so i would like to hear your response to this carson drake is the tom
00:49:53brady of wrestling deflated footballs and all the whole the whole deflate gay thing wasn't real first
00:50:00um isn't it weird how the best always get accused of doing something so yeah i will take being the
00:50:09tom brady of football or of wrestling because i am the best and tom brady is the best football
00:50:15quarterback of all time i don't watch football but i follow it enough to know that the whole deflate gate
00:50:21thing don't actually think that was real i think people just accuse them of it uh but if you know
00:50:29if i got accused of things all the times uh you know like joseph's trying to do i wouldn't be the
00:50:37best or maybe i am the best because i get accused of stuff all the time who knows
00:50:41but isn't it weird isn't it crazy that people don't ever accuse guys like
00:50:49name somebody that's not good um there's so great that's not true
00:50:56do the cassanians ever get accused of anything
00:51:01no
00:51:04not saying anything but uh you know you got guys like gaston maru not good they don't he doesn't
00:51:13get accused of cheating he doesn't get accused because he doesn't win um you got guys like uh
00:51:19there's there's a towel boy at exodus he doesn't get accused of cheating because he's not good uh you
00:51:25got guys like dante casanova he's never been accused of cheating probably because he's not that good
00:51:30isn't it weird how the best just get accused of holding other people down or cheating or
00:51:39well carson you're not making very many friends here and uh i know pastor silo is going to be out
00:51:44of action for a little bit of time but he's got a really really big friend in pretty boy smooth are
00:51:49you afraid that there might be some retaliation from the church's money i wouldn't be surprised
00:51:54if there is but again why would he
00:51:58i mean you hurt his friend
00:52:01all right so people hurt my friend all the time your two friends are slime balls
00:52:10listen if i was pb pb is a smart guy okay he actually has a scholarship grant that he offers out
00:52:18so he's a well-educated guy he's smart enough to know not to mess with me all right
00:52:24i don't buy it he is a he is a highly intelligent man he is well educated he's not stupid he knows
00:52:33better my question is this is wrestling isn't wrestling supposed to be a sport that you hurt people
00:52:40you know i don't even like to think of it like that because i think at the end of the day that
00:52:46there's a camaraderie between us um so with guys like silo it's honestly a tragedy that that happened
00:52:51i've actually never been injured which is really cool but it's honestly a tragedy that happens and
00:52:57you have some neanderthals out there that go out and try to kill the guy that they're wrestling with
00:53:01which i think is wrong um he's right here on the screen because to me it's it's a mutual kind of sport
00:53:08and we all have families we all want to get home we all want to go do other things so when you do
00:53:15have these guys that go out there and they really try to hurt somebody um i almost find that deplorable
00:53:21and it's people like that that should get kicked out of wrestling gosh like who who's who's somebody
00:53:27that's dangerous and tries to hurt people like lord crew uh he's out there i don't know if you guys
00:53:32follow uh you know cte and all that but lord crew goes out there and he's decking people he's throwing
00:53:40spin kicks unprotected shots all the time and he just does it and it's dangerous and it could hurt
00:53:47people uh you have guys like dalton mckenzie who go out there uh and and they pick dudes up and then
00:53:53he slams them down or he or he gosh he dove on me and silas that could hurt one of us and it's guys
00:54:00like that where it's like what are you doing if you're good enough in the ring it seems like that
00:54:06uh you wouldn't have to worry about getting hurt do you think when guys fight in the ufc they go out
00:54:11there and they try to kill or hurt the guy that they're fighting against no it's more about just
00:54:17it's more about winning you don't you know it's it's these uh god there's so many people out there
00:54:23like dante casanova if you watch that the match at exodus that we they just had he tried to hurt the
00:54:29slime balls and although you know that's a guy like that who's not in control of his emotions
00:54:33who is in it for himself and he's trying to and he's trying to hurt them and it's like they have
00:54:40people to get home to it's it's insane mr drake before you hit the ring um is there something
00:54:47a ritual or a superstition that you have to do before you hit the ring
00:54:52no i usually see these a lot of dudes warming up i kind of just get i kind of just put my cocoa
00:55:00butter on and uh i just walk out it's really weird i've seen dudes they they got the headphones on
00:55:08they're doing 100 push-ups 100 squats i i don't even i don't even stretch i just walk out there
00:55:14i bet if you could time it right you could just pull up get out of your car walk in
00:55:20yeah do the match and then you're done and if i just showed up in street clothes it would be better
00:55:25than a lot of these guys gear isn't it crazy
00:55:27i've asked a lot of other wrestlers this and i'm going to ask you this just because
00:55:36i don't want my streak to be broken and i know you're not going to have the answer to this but
00:55:42what is your favorite waffle house meal
00:55:45somebody asked me this a while ago i haven't you probably don't even know what a waffle house
00:55:54he doesn't eat with peasants like us i don't know why you're even asking him i know i know what it is
00:55:59um it's like um how do i describe it i've been told it's like denny's
00:56:05or even it's like uh i'm really surprised you knew what a denny's was to be honest
00:56:11uh well i know i know what denny okay funny okay fun story so there was a denny's
00:56:17or was it it was like a block away from i was i was like 12 it was a denny's and
00:56:25my parents got it closed down i don't remember what happened exactly it was like a waitress
00:56:31said something but my parents got it closed down and then it got turned into something else so that's
00:56:36why i know what denny's is but i was told by the by the dude his name's malcolm what is he because
00:56:44i was like name a restaurant and he said denny's i said okay cool so it's like a food place um
00:56:48i don't know probably egg whites and milk if they sell like they sell that egg whites and milk
00:56:54i would assume that they do um mr drake i'm so sorry but we have one more comment from bobby slam
00:57:05we'll pull it up read it real quick uh you can comment if you want carson is almost always late
00:57:12walking out he doesn't want to walk away from the mirror i'll give him that uh it's actually kind of
00:57:19tough well and i get i actually do get i get talked to about it uh time to time or i'll lose
00:57:26kind of track of thought because i'll see like my reflection and other than just the fact that i'm
00:57:33really good looking and i'm looking at myself i also just try to make sure that like everything's
00:57:36looking good like i haven't looked at the three of you this entire time i've just been looking at
00:57:40myself and i've been told you're not supposed to do that but it's really really hard when you look
00:57:45like this uh you know mr drake i don't blame you i ain't i ain't took my eyes off you since
00:57:51you came on here but anyway qb1 hey i just have one question for you and thank you for your time
00:57:57sir and i appreciate you being here and i think joseph has brought up some good points up you've
00:58:02opened our eyes to some new visions of of the things as fans we assume but i want to ask you
00:58:10about the 10 pounds of gold the last target the ultimate target i think for carson drake
00:58:17and that is it tom latimore uh is that the final piece to your puzzle to represent the nwa as the
00:58:29world heavyweight champion yes i will say i make a pretty big deal out about about just
00:58:39making money whoever makes the most money but something like the nwa world's heavyweight title
00:58:45is beyond money kind of measure not only if you win it do you make more money which is pretty sweet
00:58:55but winning that also means that you are the best professional wrestler in the world and it would be
00:59:03amazing to win it and then be able to see people who also say they're the best and i can just go
00:59:12no you're not because it's me
00:59:16the nwa world's heavyweight championship is the title and always has been the title
00:59:27and if there's one thing i want hanging above my bed on the wall it's that that would be the one
00:59:38trophy would keep within i would keep in my house yes yes i would assume joseph uh i'm going to turn
00:59:46it over to you and i think your banner has been excellent tonight but i think mr drake has opened
00:59:51many many hours here tonight too mr drake i would have to agree with you i think the 10 pounds of
00:59:57gold is the premier title in all of professional wrestling and it's the one that everybody wants to
01:00:04have and it's eluded so many people along the way and i think that you adding that to your collection
01:00:09of titles would actually be a complete circle for you and would fulfill your destiny as being one of
01:00:16the greatest in all of professional wrestling and i do hope that you get there somewhat some someday
01:00:21i don't think today maybe not tomorrow maybe at 77 who knows you know uh and that's one thing we
01:00:28haven't talked about but let's talk about this real quick if anybody out there is looking to book mr
01:00:34carson drake with your busy schedule how can they go about doing that sir they can message me on
01:00:41instagram at carson underscore drake underscore you can message me on facebook uh it's just carson drake
01:00:47i mean i'm the only one you can also email me uh but my email and contact and all that is in my
01:00:53or in my bios and all my work stuff um you can also catch me on roku every single tuesday as the nwa
01:01:01just moved to roku that's correct and uh as they're catching you on the roku channel with the nwa
01:01:10and they can see all your work all your great body of work that you have is there a particular match
01:01:15that you would consider your greatest with the national wrestling lions i do have a great body
01:01:20uh i would probably say the match with me and tom latimer other than the fact that he cheated at
01:01:25the end i would say it was my closest to becoming nwa world heavyweight champion
01:01:29awesome or or you can go back it's on demand the first episode that ever aired on roku me versus
01:01:42brian idol for the nwa world television championship which i personally think is
01:01:46it's pretty sweet uh that's a fantastic match i have to ask you about one other person that you may
01:01:54know that has been in your circles before we get off here and that's mr jordan clearwater he's kind
01:02:00of been absent about a year now from the national wrestling alliance we haven't seen him in hardly any
01:02:05action and i know that he grew up somewhere around you near huntington beach are you kind of close with
01:02:11him what's going on do you know uh i do not i don't think uh i have personally never met him
01:02:20that's rough because i believe you got the title the correct me if i'm wrong i believe you won the
01:02:30title i know he held the nwa world television title i've personally never met him it would be a lot of
01:02:38there'd be a lot of ego for one room true but uh no he i know he did he did a bodybuilding
01:02:48competition i believe but since then i'm not sure would that be a match that you'd be interested in
01:02:56ever i mean think about it carson bartholomew drake versus the golden boy jordan clearwater i am
01:03:11interested in one match and that is it i'm not i'm not one of these people that has a one through
01:03:19ten list of people they want to wrestle i want to strictly wrestle whoever is the nwa world's
01:03:25heavyweight champion great answer mr drake great answer and on that i'm going to turn back over to
