00:00Thank you, sir. Thank you, sir. I didn't ask you. Go ahead, please.
00:03I just wanted to ask you. Thank you, Mr. President. What what involved were you in
00:09the selection process of these honorees? I would say I was about 98 percent
00:15involved. No, they all went through me. They came over Rick and Sergio and
00:21everybody. They said I turned down plenty. They were too woke. I had a
00:27couple of wokesters. No, we have great people. This is very different than it
00:33used to be. Very different. These are great people. And that they're not I don't
00:38have any idea of the Republican because they want people that the Kennedy Center
00:43has everything. Look at the Academy Awards. It gets lousy ratings now. It's all woke.
00:47All they do is talk about how much they hate Trump. But nobody likes that. They
00:53don't watch anymore. That used to have 45 million people watching. I remember the
00:57apprentice first season. The apprentice had 42 million people. The Academy Awards
01:02at 41 million people. We were the second show to the Super Bowl. But since then,
01:07the Academy Awards have gone down to I think they've gone down to numbers that
01:14are like a regular show because it went well. We're not doing it for that reason.
01:19We're doing it because we want the great talent. But these are great people. So I was
01:23very I was just a very long answer. But I was very involved.
