00:05your picture or a video in filmora so for this you need to import your video from the import
00:12media section or either i can go to the stock media and select any stock footage click on this
00:19plus icon to import the media to the timeline and and then you need to go to the effects section
00:30and here in the video effects you need to type border
00:39make sure your computer must be connected with the internet and here you will see that multiple
00:44options of border lines so you can select any of the option available here for example i'm selecting
00:51this one so here you can increase the or decrease the duration of your border if you want the certain

01:12so it will be downloaded and then you can drag it and paste over your video so
01:23if you want to put the border around your picture what you have to do is select the picture to the
01:30timeline and then again go to the effects and click on the video effects and type
01:39border and select another beam flow i'm selecting this one and adjust with the
