00:00Welcome back in this video I will show you how you can draw a double line in MS Word. Make

00:06drawing a double line in Microsoft Word can be done in several ways depending on whether
00:11you want a horizontal divider or a custom shape or a specific border style. If you want to draw a
00:17line that you can move or resize anywhere on the page then go to the insert tab and click on
00:23the
00:23shapes and pick a straight line and now hold down the shift key and drag your mouse to draw a
00:32straight
00:32line and now head to the shape format and click on this shape outline click on that and select the
00:41weight for example 3pt and again go to the shape outline and click on the weight and go to the
00:50more
00:50lines and on the right side you will see that line you need to go to the compound style and
00:58click on
00:59this arrow and select the double line and you can even change the color of your choice for example red
01:06and here you can increase or decrease the transparency as like this one and now here it is
01:16you can move it anywhere on the page like this one to drag it anywhere so if you want to

01:24horizontal double line there is a quick keyboard shortcut for this you need to place your cursor
01:30where you want the line to be appear and then type the three equal signs in a row like this

01:39enter what will automatically convert those character into solid horizontal double line in the third
